“Eastenders” - are you British or pretending to be British? Either way your comment is extremely offensive and ignorant.

Have you thought that maybe Indians (and other people in British-colonized places where skin bleaching is now prevalent), do this because the British made the indigenous people feel that white people were inferior to darker skinned people?
Have you thought that maybe only white skinned people were given good jobs in the country, allowed to serve in the houses of the masters, allowed to hold positions of power and authority or were the only ones considered ‘beautiful’? Have you thought that maybe this sort of prejudice is what is manifesting itself as a desire to bleach one’s skin to appear ‘white’?
I suggest that you brush up on some history before you make any more ’supremist’ and offensive comments.

OMG what a hideous dress and this this actress isnt even that big. Why are there so many pics of her. HELLO there WERE other people with her in the movie as well. She is ugly dude seriously. She can in no way compete with Angelina jolie or any other Hollywood actress. Im sorry not hating but she is ugly.

Who is she? God she is wearing so much makeup her face is matching her dress.

What jealousy this lady stirs up…she gets races in arms, religions in arms, countries claiming their women are “it” in arm…what visceral reactions are produced by this beautiful woman. She is graceful, gracious, and naturally beautiful. I’ve personally seen her, and even without an iota of make up she stands out. Jared, keep those posts coming. You see how the knives come out from all and sundry…pure jealousy. Gotta love it!

And oh, the bleaching thing in India, let me explain…It is for the facial hair. To lighten it, so it becomes golden brown like the skin and disappears. Indian women it is said, have the most beautiful crowning glory…unfortunately it comes with a price, i.e. facial hair. While it is a great plus to have beautifully thick brows, it can be a bother when it above the lip or on the sides of the face. That is why they bleach their faces, put this to rest once and for all.

She definitely “RECKOGNISES” the american look, folks!!

@ Radha - I met Ash before and have seen her twice without makeup - I do not believe you met Ash or you will not say such thing…you is beautiful but she does look a bit fat here - I prefer when she was thinner - but I am fully aware that in India to be skinny is not attractive maybe her husband wanted some more meet - but if she wants to make it in hollywood the sad truth is she needs to loose weight - goodness i can’t believe i said that! i am really brainwashed too lol..
