OlderChris Brown Releases Official Apology
Chris Brown has released the following statement via his spokesperson:
“Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired. I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God’s help, to emerging a better person. Much of what has been speculated or reported on blogs and/or reported in the media is wrong. While I would like to be able to talk about this more, until the legal issues are resolved, this is all I can say except that I have not written any messages or made any posts to Facebook, on blogs or any place else. Those posts or writings under my name are frauds.”
Chris, 19, and his girlfriend Rihanna, 20, got into an altercation in Los Angeles on Feb. 8.

I am disgusted by the women who are defending him and calling what he did a “mistake”.
This isn’t just a mistake.
I don’t like the line “what transpired,” as though something just happened that didn’t involve him. It seems sly, but it’s obvious and idiotic.

This was a reaaaally short apology…but hey you guys…I know you think that it was his fault…But just because of that we can´t talk **** about him haaa…??? I mean it is his life and Rihannas life..not ours….so we can´t say what´s wrong or right if don´t even know who they really are…think about that…
in the first place,chris brown should have respect for rihanna because many men out there would cherish rihanna if they gets her.if i did get a chance with rihanna i wouldnt even let she touch the dirt the way i would cherish her.but i hope they get over it and rihanna forgives him.

This is not apology but damage control over the fake blog posting. I wish people stop saying ‘everybody make mistakes”. Drinking too much is a mistake, having a fender bender is a mistakes, punching your girlfriend in the face is not a mistake, but an act of violence.

This blog is exactly what is wrong with Americans. They build people up and put them on a pedestal just waiting to knock them down at the slightest opportunity they get. Chris is 19 for Gods sake. he will be human. We don’t even know what happened. I am a woman, but I am sick of women thinking that they can taunt and abuse a man, emotionally, verbally and Psychologically and yet if a man touches them, his life is over. All of you out there calling him names, take good looks at yourselves in the mirror beffor you do. I would rather a man hit me than cheat on me. After all I can’t contract Aids from a slap, but you have so called gentlemen out there everyday infecting innocent women.

i don’t care what kind of apology he makes. abusing another human being is inexcusable and should never be tolerated in our society. if this was an ordinary man who hit his wife or girlfriend, he would most definitely go to jail. if chris brown receives the celebrity treatment and gets let off easy, nothing good will ever come out of this horrible incident. chris brown deserves to spend time in jail.

This is what the rapping lifestyle is all about isn’t it? Keeping the “ho” down. Beating on women, who are the enemy who hurts the big men? Hurt the biatches first? You know? Why should they change when the media are also pushing this notion through music and sexualisation of children. Big mess, many little messes to clean up before men like Chris Brown stop feeling justified for beating on another.
Jarred. I know you have some self esteem issues but openly supporting violence against other human beings is a low blow, even by your standards.
chris brown is a very nice young man and rhianna is a very cool chick, from what we know and what we can see. so who is anybody to judge him or her because the fact is know one knows the complete truth but him and her. of course its wrong to hit a girl and aint no woman gonna tolerate that ****. chris have done alot for people and deserves a chance.
I don’t condone what Chris did I really feel sorry for both of them in this situation. He doesn’t owe us an apology but Riri. This is between the both of them.
Please remember he is only 19 years old. That is very young. Everyone else gets a second chance, why not Chris? He is young enough and has issues. I think it is early enough for him to get help and seek counseling for his anger and abusive issues. I think with therapy and sincerity on his part he should be all right. He needs help not your hatred.
Riri has my full support, no man should raise their hands on a woman. Period, there is no she deserve it she is not your child so don’t touch her. If you feel like you are losing it leave the house, car, the room, just walk away and cool off.
