Miley Cyrus looks stunning in a silver Zuhair Murhad gown as she arrives at the 2009 Oscars held at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (February 22).
The 16-year-old Hannah Montana starlet completed her red carpet look with a Mary Norton clutch, Neil Lane jewels and BCBG shoes. Miley’s animated flick, Bolt, is nominated for Best Animated Feature.
Hugh Jackman is hosting the 2009 Oscars. Performers for the night also include: Anne Hathaway, Beyoncé, Zac Efron & Vanessa Hudgens and Amanda Seyfried & Dominic Cooper.

I don’t like it ,it looks like large fish scale and the shell looking belt doesn’t help any. I would have like it better if the bottom of the dress had match the top and added the scallops only on the hem. But just my take on it.

i was trying to figure out if i love it or hate it, and i think that while it’s a pretty dress, it would’ve looked prettier if those ruffle things started lower, rather than right under her waist.
and also, i think if she showed some of her lower teeth while smiling people would stop saying mean beaver comments, cause it would balance out her long top teeth. i have the exact opposite problem, my lower teeth show when i smile, but i need to show less of the top.
ICK. That dress is too old for her.

I know this is the ONLY Oscar Awards she´s ever gonna be on and I understand why she must´ve wanted to make an impression, but boy was that dress the wrong choice!!
