Sarah Jessica Parker looks gorgeous in a Dior Haute Couture silver gown at the 2009 Oscars in Los Angeles on Sunday night (February 22).
The 43-year-old actress accessorized with Fred Leighton jewels. Sarah teamed up with Daniel Craig to present Oscars to Best Art Direction and Costume Design.
Hugh Jackman is hosting the 2009 Oscars. Performers for the night also include: Anne Hathaway, Beyoncé, Zac Efron & Vanessa Hudgens and Amanda Seyfried & Dominic Cooper.

Early mid-life crisis…why the implants when she was perfectly and naturally given a nice figure? Love Jessica Parker but she’s taken her role in “Sex in the City” too far.
I doubt she has had implants. She’s always had sizeable breasts. They are just being pushed up in that dress.

I like the dress for prom, but it’s a little too full at the bottom for the Oscars. I agree her boobs are only being pushed up by the dress, I doubt they’re implants.

Dress looked like something a 17 year would wear to a prom. And how much more could they have pushed the boobs up and out? She has become a caricature and why was she even presenting?

they really don’t look like implants… any boobs look like that when they’re pushed up that much, they’re just too big for the dress and spilling over
If those aren’t implants, this is one of the best examples of engineering I’ve seen. Remember that she’s had no body fat for a long time. That means none in the mammaries, also. At least she hasn’t blown up her lips like so many others.
She looks good and I like the dress.
It’s the best outfit she’s wore in a while.
she’s always had a decent enough set on her though even in her SATC days :-) she’s just never been one for showing it off like everyone else
actually never mind - i just looked at the rest of the pictures (didnt look at all of them to start with because computer going crazy) and they do look pretty fake… don’t know why she would bother though
