Zac Efron & Vanessa Hudgens — Oscars 2009
HSM sweethearts Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens keep close together on the red carpet as they attend the 2009 Oscars in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (February 22).
Vanessa, 20, looks elegant in a gorgeous Marchesa gown. Zac, 21, suited up in a Dolce & Gabbana tuxedo and accessorized with a vintage Rolex watch and Bally shoes.
The on-and-off-screen couple will join host Hugh Jackman, Mamma Mia! stars (and real-life couple) Amanda Seyfreid and Dominic Cooper, Beyonce and Anne Hathaway during the ceremony tonight for a special performance.

They were really lovely tonight. They looked stunning, perforned beautifully and just enough to have a presence, and Zac did a wonderful job presenting. Really, what wonderful memories for them. It was a “night to remember” for them.

They both did amazingly well in the time slot they had. I loved Van and Amanda singing Moulin Rouge. And Van was smoking!!! Hello cleavage and legs!
I enjoyed the performance. Gosh, I feel like such a proud mum. I can’t believe they got to be up on stage and perform in the freaking Oscars. And this year’s Oscars are so prestigious. I love that they experienced this together, their parents would be so proud.

Holy shiznet! they look amazing Vanessa is drop dead gorgeaus and Zac so handsome V dress is beautiful her hair everything is done so well and the interview so cute!!
She looks cute but the dress is just ok. Zac looks greasy and so skinny. They just seem out of their element. I mean really a disney duo has no place at the Oscars. There were so many really great actors there these two just don’t fit the bill.
