American Idol Carrie Underwood rocks out a stunning Georges Chakra Spring 2009 Couture dress at the 2009 Elton John AIDS Foundation’s Academy Award Viewing Party held at the Pacific Design Center in Hollywood on Sunday night (February 22).
Also pictured below is Carrie wearing a casual Ed Hardy sweatshirt and arriving at LAX Airport in Los Angeles - just in time for the festivities!
Seems like Carrie was quite the popular person at the party! She took pics with Josh Groban, Eva Longoria, and the AI crew - Ryan Seacrest, Simon Cowell and Randy Jackson.

Needs color. And she does like her sequins and rhinestones, doesn’t she? I like the design well enough. Hair is bad. Make up better than usual but still harsh. The airport look was good. She looks a lot different when she does it herself for some reason.
Dont love the dress, but she makes it look good. She can make anything look good though.

Elton John’s party this year was pretty much just B- to C list celebs; very few real A list folks, and seeing this country hick there just reinforces that. He needs to step up his game and court the real A-listers, not hacks like Underwood and that slag Jordan/Katie Price.

She has to pick and chose. She was sitting at Eltons table and she donate 5K to the AIDS work in the Carribean. She is classy and elegant. Her natural makeup is lovely.
She is a cutie pie dressed down at the airport. Carrie just exudes confidence and a natural sweetness. It attracts people. Shes very pleasant. You should try to get some Lilia.
LOL, no, Cory… A-list would be people like Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie, Tom Cruise, Kate Winslet, Will Smith, Jennifer Aniston and Halle Berry. Not some country singer who’s only famous because she won a reality tv show karaoke contest. I’ve no doubt that she’s definitely A-list in Nashville, but Hollywood has different standards when it comes to defining what constitutes “A-list”.
