Ntalie Portman looks pretty in pink in a Rodarte dress, Stella McCartney shoes, Kwiat jewelry and Vintage Rialto clutch as she arrives at the 2009 Oscars held at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (February 22).
Nat presented Best Cinematography with Ben Stiller. Slumdog Millionaire took home that award.
Hugh Jackman is hosting the 2009 Oscars. Performers for the night also include: Anne Hathaway, Beyoncé, Zac Efron & Vanessa Hudgens and Amanda Seyfried & Dominic Cooper.

I didn’t like the skit between her and Stiller, I thought it was bad timing. Having people laugh while showing footage of some serious movies seemed really tacky.

Not a usual color for Natalie, it’s really fresh.
at first I don’t think the color match her skin. I like her hair and make up.
Best dressed of the night. Too many actresses wore the typical colors, played it safe. It was utterly boring. And then who popped up on my tv in glorious fresh pink? Natalie. Perfect for her frame, and not too flashy for someone just presenting.
My two cents: Too much spray tan. Nice dress. Bad actress. Pretty face.

Natalie your perfection..Loved the dress and loved her the color was ok but, stil to listen to her and the soft voice of her’s unlike many other want to be actress’s who’s voices tend to make you cringe. I think the skit was good as Nat with the psychology degree makes you think if she could reform half of entertainments people who are not high on air.

@50 - Padme, yes considering he’s allegedly engaged to Rachel “look at my invisible ring or check out my long sleeves” Bilson, that would be pretty tough. Haha
HC doesn’t ‘have a chance really here unless he cleans up his act. I don’t buy into RB and her so called rumor engagment she is a attention seeker and most everyone knows it. Natalie doesn’t ask for it she gets it honestly. To me Ben stiller being JP is a future of HC who if he drop the toe chain will end up like him someday.
I liked this years Oscars more then in the past and glad they had the previous winners giving tribute and praise to the woman and men who were nominated. And for Natalie for showing us true beauty isn’t just on the outside but inside as well.
