Nicole Kidman Pays Tribute to Angelina Jolie
Nicole Kidman (in L’Wren Scott) takes the stage with four former Oscar-winners (Shirley MacLaine, Sophia Loren, Halle Berry and Marion Cotillard) to honor the nominees for Best Actress. In the same vein, Adrien Brody, Robert DeNiro, Michael Douglas, Anthony Hopkins and Ben Kinglsey all paid tribute to honor the nominees for Best Actor.
The 41-year-old Aussie actress paid tribute to Angelina Jolie for her role in The Changeling.
She ended her tribute with, “Angelina Jolie - You are unforgettable!”

I’d say I like AJ as much as the next guy, but y’all are crazy. She didn’t deserve the award, the ridiculous “let’s congratulate each other on how great we are” circle jerk thing for the acting awards was ludicrous and there’s no way in a blue moon Nicole would have mustered that all up if it wasn’t for show.

Explain to me why
1) Why did John use the term, “Oscar boyfriend”, and not as Jennifer’s boyfriend?

2) Is John getting paid to the Oscar event as “paid escort”?

3) John also said he’s gonna be busy for at least 3 months, and that the public would not see John/Jen together. There is another hint that the John/Jen relationship is another “paid arrangement”.

Angelina didn’t think she was gonna win anyway. Did you see the way she laughed at Hugh Jackman when he said he was contractually obligated to mention their names 5 times? She totally got the joke but brad barely laughed. She also laughed her ass off when pitt jokingly told people mag he was just their to win. She totally doesn’t deserve the hateraid she gets.
Of course Nicole was speaking from the heart. Hollywood loves and respects Angie.
I don’t know why they had kidman on there anyway the only reason she got an oscar was because they felt soory for her because Tom devorsed her it sure was’nt because of her acting
Does anybody else feel Angelina, Brad and Jen (and even John) may have felt that they were being used by the Academy Awards’ producers to help boost ratings? Sort of like a contrived ‘bit’ of ‘reality television’, especially when you consider the seating arrangements vs the camera shots? Looking for drama I would say. No wonder Angie spends as little time as possible in Hollywood; but they were all good troopers and my hat is off to them that they all grinned and bared it.
The Pitts looked awful and miserable with their faked smiles. She wouldn’t even hold his hand or be affectionate with him during the show. She rather showed off her big emerald ring by placing her hands on her knees than share her moment with Brad with a touch or a smile. HE tried at least - several times. No reaction from her. They looked far from affectionate and happy to me.
Angelina and Nicole are two beautiful women, happy and content with their lives. May the good days continue for both of them.

Nicole looked happy and very warm and sincere in her presentation to Angelina. Angelina and Brad both looked happy with it too. You haters should just go away. Just because you say something negative about Nicole’s words for Angelina doesn’t mean any normal, sane person will agree with you.

Nicole looked stunning as always. Angelina sucks, totally overrated. I’m soooooooooo over her. She’s not even that pretty to me. And her acting is second rate, and never believable. Kate won what was rightfully hers. End of story.

Both Ang and Nicole are Gemini’s. Both aren’t women who run in packs with other women, Both are lovers of travel and adventure, Both are devoted mums. Both are my two favorite actresses and both have a real respect for each other. Nicoles words at the awards were sincere and they picked the perfect person in Nicole to say them.
