Zac Efron & Danielle Panabaker: Hugo’s Hotties
Zac Efron and Friday the 13th actress Danielle Panabaker grab lunch together at Hugo’s Restaurant in West Hollywood on Tuesday (February 24).
Zac and Danielle (both 21) starred in WB’s Summerland in 2004. Danielle’s younger sister Kay played Zac’s love interest on the show.
I ran into Danielle again at the Hollywood Life Oscar Viewing Party held at Mondrian Hotel’s Asia De Cuba restaurant on Sunday (February 22) in West Hollywood.
FYI: Danielle was not cast as Ariel in the remake of Footloose, which Zac will be headlining as Ren McCormack.

If you are this type of jealous and suspicious person in your own private life, I can guarantee you that you will find nothing but heartache in intimate relationships. Zac nor Vanessa can control 100% of the time what people will say or think. There are always those who want to start something bad about them no matter what they do. Some people—like you—are way too unrealistic about human nature. Zac was not displaying ANYTHING that was questionable. It wasn’t like he was hiding in a corner in some little out of the way place in the dead of night. He was at LUNCH in a very public place with a girl he has known for a long time and most likely he was not doing it without Vanessa’s knowledge. It is when things are done on the sly and kept hidden from the significant other that leads to problems. Plus, witnesses clearly stated there was NOTHING in any way that showed any type romance or affection between Zac and Danielle. It was simply two friends catching up.
However, I do wonder why Jared felt the need to post this with these words today on the main site when yesterday he posted this on the JR site and clearly started out the story with the words PALS taking in lunch together. Please don’t make it seem, Jared, that now you are fishing for hits. Maybe now you think it is OK to make it a little more controversial since all over the internet this story has been circulating and it is CLEARLY saying how Zac and Danielle are just friends and were only having a friendly lunch.

I think you need to be a whole lot more specific and explain yourself a whole lot better. What on earth has she done or is she doing that could be construed as being a user? She makes her own money doing her own work. For example, she made movies before HSM came along. She has gotten endorsements without “using” anyone but her own beauty, talent, and popularity. Her and Zac’s latest trip to Brazil was due to Vanessa WORKING and doing a photo
shoot there. She didn’t “use” anyone again. Those are only a few examples of how she makes her own way in this life and in none of those things could there be any reason to think she used someone.
God only knows what you mean by your last statement of “she has no future in fame”. The last time I checked this young woman was already famous whether you like it or not or whether you acknowledge it or not.
She should count her blessings he is still hanging around her or I should say he’s letting her hang onto him. She would have been long gone and forgotten if he would have dumped her right after those nudie pics. I am sure he had a say at convincing the bigwigs of letting her stay on for HSM2. And I’ll tell you why my theory is so. Check out Adrienne from Cheetah girls. When her semi nudie pics came out on the net, Disney cancelled their spot at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade in NY because they said the parade is a family event. Mind you, Adrienne is what 25 and engaged and her laptop, where her pics were, was stolen which led to the leak of her pics. VaneXXa was what 16 or 17 when she took her full nudie pics and they were posted all over the net Disney did nothing but hand her another chance at fame. That I’m sure had alot to do with Zac! At the time if he was really in love with her, he probably said, if she gets kicked off, I’m outta here too. Think about it! So yea, she should be thankful to Zac for keeping her in the limelight. You cannot be that gullible to think she made it all on her own. Pfhsst!

Zac and Danielle are friends end of, most of you losers have obviously never been in a stable/adult realtionship where you can have a life outside of the other, as well as with them, funny that, but somehow it doesn’t shock me. Zac and V…aka power couple at the Oscar’s as named by People, and yes they were on the best dressed list, are fine. You idiots really need to get a life. Go worry about how pathetic your own lives are and stop hating on others, it’s sad and childish. Zac and V are happy together, they are strong and they certainly don’t listen to your mindless ranting, so go find something better to do. Go plant a tree or something.

Another thing, it’s great to finally see Zac out and about with other people. Be it friends, family or whatever. That is much more of a healthier “relationship” than always having someone cling to you 24/7. After a while, it gets sickening seeing them out and about together all the time. If you look beyond these catered Zanessa fansites, believe it or not, people are getting tired of it.

Ohh Karen #61, fans like you help them make their millions. You probably even bought some Neutragena thinking you’d miracously look like her. Keep up the good work at defending them because you have no other life other than to sit there and browse for any kind of news about them to satisfy your need of feeling completely in the know. Oh Karen, you’re so cute when you’re trying to share your 2 cents. I applaud your efforts. Someday you will find, that people have different opinions other than yours and you’ll have to live with it. You should know that pouncing on people that do not agree with you just isn’t the way to go. In fact, it may lead to overexerting yourself with comebacks. It actually makes you sound obsessive. Perhaps your point of you isn’t necessarily the right one, but if you choose to believe it, do so, it’s ok. I see it gives you great gratification to jump in and call certain people out when they don’t agree with you since you are always on here. Maybe there is something wrong with you! It makes me wonder if you suffer from OCD or something. There are medications for that. Talk to your physician about it. For now, you take care of yourself little buddy. Being a nurse, I know all about medications for OCD and many more things. You might as well quit insulting me for not agreeing with you and being condescending like I am a child it only makes you look more pathetic. If you know I have been on these boards for some time—just like many others—then it would seem you also have been on theses boards for just as long whether you have posted or not.
