Gwyneth Paltrow is Bent on Learning
Gwyneth Paltrow is purple-licious in Jasmine di Milo at the Bent On Learning charity event held at the Stephen Weiss Studio on Wednesday (February 25) in New York City’s West Village.
The 36-year-old actress finished off her look with Chopard jewels and peep-toes and jeweled clutch — both by Roger Vivier.
Bent on Learning offers free instruction in Yoga and Meditation to students in New York City Public Schools and Youth Centers as a means of reducing stress and improving concentration, self-esteem and overall health.
The event was sponsored by Alice + Olivia and Urban Zen Foundation.

Like the dress, the hair - not so much. Straight hair does not become her.
she does resemble Danes. both are becoming quite lantern jawed as they approach their 30s/40s. they’re attractive though not really pretty women.

I love Gwyneth but she has been off point with her fashion lately! This is a little better, but I haven’t liked the outfits she’s been wearing and her face has been looking strange. Is she botoxing?

I love the style of the dress, the fitting is weird though.
Love the dress! Gwyn always looks good at “benefits.” I guess she realizes parading around in mini skirts and super high heels would look silly and not appropriate for a charity event.
The lipstick is a mismatch but makeup’s never been her strong point.
She is what they call a Monet. Lovely from a distance but up close, it’s Heidi Klum meets Michael Jackson. Her smile looks like it’s been carved on.

Gwyneth deserves credit for toning down her increasingly ridiculous fashion sense. I’m sure she really had to restrain herself from not wearing a crotch length dress. Now if she would only work on her makeup. Still, this is a step in the right direct and a semi-return to form.
I never have understood the whole hype about Paltrow. Maybe it’s because most guys don’t look at her face and just admire the legs.
I think she looks better in ” classic” styles like in these photos.

Sexy heels. When you open up the pics, Gwyn P. looks like a female impersonator. She’s become pretty butch-looking as she’s aged.
Paltrow’s face looks very frozen. Too much botox. As an actress, she should know not to kill her expression lines!

She needs a different shade of lipstick for this dress, something in a blue red shade, even a burgandy would go better than this bright red. She has really no clue about fashion, and wears what is given to her by her stylist. She looks up to Madonna and tried hard to dress like her. Her best look is when she isn’t trying..a more polished classic look suits her.
And I agree, her face just doesn’t look right anymore…not sure what it is, perhaps she just isn’t aging well…I guess the long hair covered it up..

This is the best she’s looked in a while though the dress color doesn’t quite work and the lipstick is clown-ish, especially in the closeups. Gwyn is a doppelganger for Jan Brady on steroids.
She’s looks gorgeous as always..not really feeling the red lip though.
She reminds me of Cameron Diaz here. Both are kinda butch looking except when they’re made up. Same Joker smiler too.
