Rihanna and Chris Brown are back together!!!
The on-again couple have reunited at one of Sean “Diddy” Combs’s homes almost three weeks after Chris, 19, allegedly assaulted Rihanna, 21, on Feb. 8.
“They’re together again. They care for each other,” a source tells People. “While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves.”
Chris also called Rihanna on her 21st birthday one week ago. A source reveals, “He called to wish her happy birthday. They’ve reached out to each other. It’s been mutual.”
A bikini-clad Rihanna was last seen relaxing in Mexico.
UPDATE: Us Weekly reports that Rihanna and Chris are at Diddy’s home on Star Island near Miami, Florida. “She’s not listening to anyone,” says a Rihanna pal. “And of course Puff got involved in this.” Chris has been seen smiling and riding a jet ski. Rihanna reportedly arrived four days ago.

Anyone that is judging her is really not being fair. She’s young and in love. How many of us have made similar mistakes in our youth, by going back to unhealthy relationships ( be they physically abusive or emotionally- really not all that different). When it comes to Chris he is definitely young and stupid and has some major issues he needs to get help for but to predict his future and say he will never change - well that’s not fair either. I think that after being beaten that it’s hard to believe that you’re worthy of love and respect and the feeling is that if this person would hit me then anyone would, but nothing could be further from the truth.

Don’t be disappointed in her, being abused ruins a persons self esteem and that is why they don’t leave their abuser.
It’s a vicious circle, he beats her when he gets mad and that causes her to feel so unworthy that she feels she does not deserve better and feeling like this causes her to remain with him out of fear.
That is why when two people beat on one another it takes them much longer to break up than two people who decide to go their separate ways from an amicable and respectful relationship where there was no abuse.
It’s counter intuitive but her self esteem is so low right now she is probably too afraid to break up so she tells herself he’s a nice guy and that he only hit her because he loves her so much. That is how she makes herself feel better about herself but it’s a temporary bandaid at best and they will break up in time.
Maybe she’s waiting for him to go to sleep then she’s going to get his ass back…I’m just saying that’s what I’d be doing if a guy ever hit me.

Well, I think this situation is not in the world’s hands, and only God, Rihanna, and Chris can decided whether or not they would get back together. If you live long enough everybody would atleast experience one out of the four, and I bet it would affect you in the same way as physical abuse would . I’m not going to be one who sits in judgment of these two because nobody knows what goes on in a relationship but the people involved. Am I sad that these two young, attractive, talented lovers have had such a volatile incident cause such an uproar by their fans and the media over a very serious altercation? Yes. But, again, I’m not going to judge either. People can say what they would or wouldn’t do if they were Rihanna but until you are in her shoes you can’t ever know. Some find the strength to walk away and some don’t. Only time will tell if their reconcillation will become a positive or a negative for them both personally and professionally.
It’s like the girl who keeps going out with a guy who cheats on her (or vice versa) because they claim to love them and are unable to live without them. Sounds sick and stupid right? But love isn’t black or white and it is within the grey areas that people either rise or fall by their choices. When your parents argued did they shield you from their arguments or did you witness everything that occured. Did you here every word did you see every fight and any other negative words they may have said to each other I know I did. Lets us reflect for a moment we should not judge but support both of them and ask God to heal this situation.

This is a very common situation. Its only so controversial because they are so famous. I don’t usually comment on these things, but I’ve been there, young, naive, and in love with a hot-head. I can’t say that I would’ve stayed if I was actually “beat” like she was, but my ex-husband and I had a very passionate relationship that was often very sexual or violent. It only took 1 time for him to actually punch me in my face for me to realize that it was never going to get better, but all the previous altercations I dismissed because I thought I loved him.
All I’m saying is that, if this was the first time, I don’t fault her for giving him a second chance, as long as she leaves if it ever happens again, and who knows maybe they can make it work. (my ex was arrested, but I did not press charges, he is now engaged, and we all get along, and he has never hit her or any other woman since) If this was not the first time, it certainly will not be the last, and we can only pray that she realizes that before it is too late. Because if she continues to let him get away with it it will only escalate.
