Elle Fanning keeps it cute in a shiny navy frock at the Phoebe in Wonderland screening at the Writer’s Guild Theater on Sunday (March 1) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Dakota Fanning’s little sister, who turns 11 next month, stars as the title character, a perpetually misbehaving girl who slips into a fantasy world when she can’t handle real life’s rules.

she looks soo much like dakota
but i personally don’t think the centre parting does anything
her hair would look was nicer with a side parting and maybe a bit shorter!
they are both such talented actors though

She’s a pretty girl and good actress, but the makeup, hair and dress are a “lil much for a prepubescent 10 year old child, no? Tyler, I don’t think you looked at the pics very well, because there is nothing hideous or ugly about Dakota or her sister.

she doesn’t have any make up, she has at least lipgloss which I think is pretty normal for a girl her age, her dress is very pretty, she is going to be beautiful but I find her better than Dakota, Dakota is really good actress but not that pretty and after seeing Pheobe in Wonderland I think Elle is very very talented
