Elle Fanning keeps it cute in a shiny navy frock at the Phoebe in Wonderland screening at the Writer’s Guild Theater on Sunday (March 1) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
Dakota Fanning’s little sister, who turns 11 next month, stars as the title character, a perpetually misbehaving girl who slips into a fantasy world when she can’t handle real life’s rules.

she doesn’t have any make up, she has at least lipgloss which I think is pretty normal for a girl her age, her dress is very pretty, she is going to be beautiful but I find her better than Dakota, Dakota is really good actress but not that pretty and after seeing Pheobe in Wonderland I think Elle is very very talented

Lovely! It’s refreshing to see a young girl look like a young girl. Her dress is a great colour on her and appropriately pretty/feminine.
What a cutie. She is prettier than her sister but Dakota has those lovely big blue eyes. Maybe they’re pretty in different ways.

Elle is alot prettier in my opinion, I don’t know what it is but she’s got a prettier face.
Dakota’s got a different look, I don’t like her as much. And Elle doesn’t look like Dakota, she looks more mature at 10 than what Dakota did.
I also prefer Elle’s acting she’s more natural and not such a ‘l love myself’ as Dakota is kind of!
