Vanessa Hudgens & Zac Efron are Wild Watchmen
Rising stars Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron keep it cute and casual in front of photographers at the premiere of Watchmen at Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood on Monday (March 2).
Zac, 21, wore his classic beanie while Vanessa, 20, wore a pink floral dress by Rebecca Taylor and lilac peep toe pumps. The 17 Again actor will be heading off soon to Australia for the film’s premiere.
Mr. Efron was last seen hanging out with Friday the 13th actress Danielle Panabaker.

I have news for you: Their stint with Disney is done. That’s why they’ve become more affectionate and have stopped holding back their uber sexiness.
I suggest, for health reasons, that you take a vacation from the internet as this is just the beginning, they’re free to do what they want and it’s not what you’re hoping, rather the opposite.

The video that number 9 posted was great to see and mainly becuase for all the people who say that Vanessa is the one who clings to Zac if you look at the video on the carpet it is Zac who calls Vanesa over to him and also Zac who takes hold of her hand first and after keeps hold of it. Why can’t pople accept that Zac shows Vanessa just as much affection as she does him, and to me for Zac to do this on the red carpet shows how more comfortable he is getting with it.

#33 The only thing that is irrelevant here is your post. Vanessa doesn’t have to PRETEND to be anything. Secondly the plot of “Watchmen” (the most overrated graphic novel in existence. It’s not terrible by anymeans but it’s not all that and a bag of chips either) is not at all difficult to understand. It’s the mid eighties in an alternate world on the brink of nuclear war and Richard Nixon is still president. A costumed superhero called the Comedian and his old teammates in a group called the “Watchmen” get back together to investigate and discover a vast conspiracy. And I haven’t seen the movie yet. I’m sure Vanessa had absolutely no trouble understanding it.

They were out for a night at the theatre like any other couple so they dressed casual, nothing wrong in what Vanessa is wearing she is young and has great legs so why should’nt she show them off if that’s what she wants to wear, don’t suppose Zac complained he loves long legs and looks at Vanessa’s often enough but hey why not it’s his girlfriend.
And the last time Zac was seen was not with Daniella it was when he was in the blue minivan so JJ needs to redo that part of the intro to the photo’s.
Loved how Zac called Vanessa over to him in the video and he took her hand first and kept hold of it, they really do like staying close and now that they are done with Disney I hope we see more hand holding and not being told by anyone how to act with each other at event’s, their not children there 21 and 20 for heaven’s sake. Hope they enjoyed their night out, after all Zac will be off by next week to Aussie to start with 17 Again and the premiers and promotion tour so fair play to them having some nights out before he goes.

You may not thing she is attractive or can sing or act, etc, but to make say she is irrelevant doesn’t make sense. As you say Karen if your with your partner for just one thing then that novelty soon wears off, you need to be confortable wih knowing you can share things with your other half that maybe not even your best friend knows and also know that you can trust that person with your feelings and every other aspect of being together, good times and bad. Which Zac and Vanessa have proven to each other that they are their for each other whatever life throws at them.
And on the subject of Zac not hanging out with Ashley becuase he knew her first he may have known Ash before Vanessa but the point is Vanessa is his gf not Ashley so it’s obvious that he and Vanessa wouldspend more time together and everyone is quick to jump on Zac but Ashley and I do like her is just the same she has a bf and so obvioulsy they aren’t going to spend as much timetogether, but that’s not to say that they don’t it’s just that we don’t see it.
And now that HSM has finished they are all off doing diferent things and are at different pioints in their lives but that does’nt mean that the friendship is finished or that they don’t phone each other when they have time.

Wonder i his dad is also going as last time he and his dad stayed behind and had a holiday together while Vanessa came home but you know what if they do then that’s good, as Zac and Vanessa have the awards to attend and Vanessa seems not to have a problem with Zac spending time away with his dad, again just another sign that she and Zac have trust and a great relactionship with their parent’s and that’s not going to change.

#73 I noticed that too…it’s her charisma. She captures the crowds. her gorgeousness and her friendly smile can put anybody as ease. Trust me, I have been to two of her premieres and at both her attitude and personality was the same. Friendly disposition and she was by far the longest one of the red carpet. More than any of her other costars. She spent more time signing, and thanking her fans than any of them. And as it has been said by major magazines in the past, “more than any of them, she recognizes her luck in this, and is eternally grateful.” She deserves everything that comes her way.!!

I find it ironic that there are dozens of people who post messages defending Zac and Vanessa’s honour, whilst berating anyone who doesn’t find them attractive or interesting by telling them to get a life.
Surely if these people had a “life” they wouldn’t waste their time defending celebrities who don’t know they exist and who don’t care what gets written about them on a celebrity gossip webpage.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Some of the people here should learn how to respect the opinions of others even if they differ from their own.

They look so good…..relaxed and gorgeous. They look so happy not having to worry about Disney constraints and obligations anymore. I don’t blame Disney for that, as they had their movies and images to protect, and honestly, I think Zac and Vanessa did a great job showing restraint while doing Disney business, and were always appropriate. This is a romper people, it’s like a one piece short set. They are shorts for goodness sake they’re suppose to be short, Vanessa looks happy and relaxed. They have been more open since they finished with promoting for Disney. You see them holding hand much more than when they were on tour for HSM. I love the way the naysayers like to harp on same lines, even when the proof is right before their eyes.
I like the individual pictures. They’re a couple, but that’s not all there is about them. It’s nice to look at the pictures of them together, but honestly…I’d rather see individual pics of them. It shouldn’t be about “Zanessa”. It should be Vanessa and Zac and maybe a little of Vanessa/Zac.

She is so superficial and phoney. She has an awful voice. And why would he propose to her to keep her mom happy? That would be really stupid. You don’t get married to make someone else happy. You get married because you are in love and want to make a life together. They are both very young, and they have not had any serious relationships other than this one. They need to explore - sow their wild oats so to speak, before they settle down. If they don’t, they will end up feeling trapped and in divorce court. I just don’t understand why people feel like you have to be with as many people as you can before you know what you want. I am not one of those people who was fortunate enough to find the right guy at an early age and I was 30 when I got married so nobody need tell me I’m naive or whatever. What happens when you have so many “relationships” is you get calloused and nothing really means that much to you. It’s isn’t so special as there is something that has died inside of you—and that’s not to take away from the one who finally does turn out to be right—it’s just like you are more suspicious or have the attitude of “Yeah, heard THAT one before”.
But mostly I don’t get it if something is working for you and you are happy with it why must you go out and see if there is something better? Maybe you will never find anything better and when you come back to that one who made it all worthwhile you find it is too late or you’ve messed it up bigtime and it will never be the same. It’s like you played Russian Roulette and lost.
Frankly, for me, playing games with seeing how many people you could sleep with was never the way it was meant to be anyway. People take this kind of thing so lightly. Too many times now a couple go out more than 3 times and they think they should have intimate relations. That kind of thing isn’t meant to be part of a DATE like people used to go out for a movie and burger. But some seem to think that’s how it works now and then they say it is sowing their wild oats! Many times it doesn’t even mean anything to some. If it did I don’t think we would have all this with people insisting they should see other people. Also, I think some of these people just want to read about them and their latest affair as they don’t see them as real people. They just want them to entertain their fantasies.
I think it’s nice to see individual pics, and I hate the term Zanessa, it’s terrible. They are indivudals and should be treated as such. However, having said that, it is quite clear that Zac is much more comfortable with V than on his own. His body language is akward when he is by himself, the way he signals for her to come over and stand with him, and the near death grip he has on her prove this futher. It was the same at the Oscars.
V looks stunning here. I love that she has so much confidence and the ability to try different things. She is the only person I can think of that could pull of this look, the Romper looks amazing on her. Her legs go on for says, she truly is beautiful. It’s no wonder Zac had her by his side all night. Loving Zac’s look too, so relaxed and comfortable. I also love the fact that Zac and V got more attention than any of the stars of the movie. V has more pics on the pic agencies than anyone present last night, says it all I think.
Couldn’t agree more Karen. But only people who truly understand that love is not just a feeling but a choice and state of mind get that. Lilly’s little comment as many others have made, insinuate that Zac only has Vanessa for physical purposes. That is becuase unfortunatly the world paints true love as that these days. So much more to it, and these guys have what it takes.
Been married for 12 years. I am 30 also, and I recognize it. I don’t know if they’ll weather all the storms that come with it, but my husband and I sure did. WE work in the entertainment industry and we made it,,,,they can too.

I think it’s amazing to see how much more relaxed Z and V now seem to be to act like the couple in love they are when they are out in public since Disney stopped breathing down their necks, I mean, before it wasn’t often they would hold hands on the red-carpets for example, and they just seem to have easen up more and are not afraid now to really, REALLY, show the world that they are an item, sue everyone knew it but they did keep it a lot more down low before, if you know what I mean. And some of you are right about the public’s view of them having to stay more innocent and ‘Troyella-like’ while they were promoting anything that had to do with ‘HSM’ and I do understand why some might have then though that it was more of a publicity stunt and what ever, however, seeing pics like these and the once from the Oscars and the Golden Globs etc. it’s obvious that with Disney behind them they are finally able to really be who they are and be the couple I think they want to be, now I doubt we’ll see them go ballistic or anything like that, but there really shouldn’t be any doubt from the public that these two truly have something really special going on between them (now, most of us knew that and weren’t stupid enough to not see it, but some didn’t so that was for them). I wish both Zac and Vanessa all the best because they deserve it after everything they’ve been though.
BTT, they both looked amazing on this night, and I hoped that they were able to really enjoy it together.

I don’t understand some fickle-minded people who keep insisting that Zac be like them and date zillions of girls before he finds the “right” one.
Simply put, the man who picks a woman and sticks with her is decisive. He knows what he likes and doesn’t need anyone else’s input. The decisive person believes in himself and the decisions he makes regardless of what other people think or say about him.
On the other hand, the fickle person will skip from one partner to another like a stone skipping over water. He’s never sure of himself or the decisions he makes. He needs other people to approve of his actions in order to justify them. As long as the fickle person stays above the surface in short term relationships, he is perfectly happy. And when each relationship ends, he’s desperate for the next leap. Yet, sooner or later the fickle stone loses vitality, and with a final plunk, falls into the depths of despair, still searching, still indecisive.
From his days as a focused high school student to that of focused actor today, I would declare Zac Efron a very strong-minded person who knows what he wants.

#145 newname, zac and vanessa are not dissing disney or saying anything bad about them. in fact they both always say they are very grateful for what the hsm movies have done for them. it’s just that all us fans are happy they are done with disney and moving on to more grown up roles.
guess it doesn’t matter how many times you point out the fact that the dress is really a romper, people will keep insisting its a dress. as fantastic as her legs are, i don’t think even vanessa would be as daring to wear a dress that short. a little wind and…whoosh! therefore, the safety of it being a romper justifies how short it is. its totally adorable. v is always ahead when it comes to fashion. if you take a look at any fashion forward shopping site, there are rompers galore and they are meant to be worn that short. if they were long, they would look frumpy. v’s got the legs to rock it and she puts her own signature on it with those gorgeous lilac heels. wow!

There is one thing that I agree with Lilly about. The report that Zac proposed because he was being pressured by V’s mom is not only stupid, but insulting. He is 21 years old. I’m sure that he is capable of deciding whether or not he wants to get married. Marriage is a serious step, and anyone who would get married because of pressure or because they think it is “the right thing to do” is just wrong. I think that both of them are more level headed than that. I’ve never seen a report that they are living together anyway. Besides, they both have recently purchased separate homes. I’m sure that they spend a lot of time together, and what they do in that time is really no one’s business. None of us really knows them. Why is it so important to us what they do? They are entitled to a bit of privacy.

A romper is a one-piece SHORTS outfit!!! It’s NOT A DRESS!! She is covered quite beautifully all over, and just her legs showing, quite nicely, I might add. She looks amazing!!

I know we make much of these kinds of pictures but in this instance I believe Zac may have been doing his girlfriend a favor. I’ve never favored the romper type fashion because it always seems to ride up her or there and never hangs straight—to me is always looks like it is “hiked” up somewhere and that somewhere is usually in the back or the side more towards the back. So unfortunately a females backside is in danger of being exposed if she bends just a tad. Now I would be the first to say Vanessa has some great legs but I have seen a few pictures on some other websites where this romper is as I said previously riding up in the back and I feared if she moved just the right way she may not like the kind of picture it would turn out to be. I think at one point—and the picture in on one of the websites–when you see Vanessa whisper in Zac’s ear she may be asking for his help to get the romper pulled down a little in the back and this is how he managed to help her. It was a gesture we are all used to so he was able to do it without her having to be seen pulling at her clothing which people would have made a big deal about. Then again, this gesture may have been caught in a split second of the camera flash and Zac was merely reaching out and this is where they caught his hand but in the next second if they would have clicked the camera again it would have been around her waist and not on her behind. Sometimes we make too much of what the camera caught in mid flash.
I always have and always will love Vanessa’s style. She is truly one beautiful woman. And zac my god is breathtaking hot. by the way e #141 love the pic!

Vanessa is a super cute girl. Her face is good, her body is great, and her hair is AMAZING. LOVE THAT HAIR!!
If you look at the photo’s from when they landed in Japan they were totally different from any other HSM promo tour and when they were on stage too again Zac made the first move and put his arm around Vanessa and gave her arm a squeeze so to me that was the start of them moving on from Disney and knowing they could show affection and to be honest what could Disney have done it was the final promo tour and their connection with Disney was at a end, not to say that they won’t do anything else with Disney when there older but not in such a controlling way as with HSM.
And this thing again with people saying that Zac especially should go and sow his wild oats is a load of rubbish why should he go off and spend time and effort in numerous relactionships to find ‘ the one’ when he obvioulsy already has and is more than happy to keep it that way, just the same with Vanessa she is clearly happy with her life and her man so why on earth would you want to go off and possibly lose someone and something that might not come along again so good with another person.
Age is just a number and what you find with someone and how that develops is decided by your feelings, level of trust between the two people, communication and whaether that is when your the age that Zac and Vanessa were or older does’nt matter, as Vanessa put it she and Zac and the people who know them know it’s real and that’s all that counts, not what the press say and to some dgeree not what the fans think these people are’nt in the relactionship Zac and Vanessa are, and these along with the last few photo’s show a couple very together, happy together.
Zac’s body langauage is a lot less tense and he fiddles a lot less when Vanessa is stood with him then when he is on his own, even when they are seperated on the red carpet events they do stay close and you can clearly see them keep a eye out for each other, so their connection is always there and support for each other.
The fashion world is certainly taking note of what Ms. Hudgens wears to any event she attends. To me, she comes across as poised, charming, elegant, extremely beautiful and knows exactly what to wear. And she has posing on the red carpet down to a T.
This young lady has “success” written all over her. And I wish her the very best in that fickle world of entertainment. Hope she can stay grounded and focused.

Ladies, i agree with your comments about post-disney Zac and Van. They look good together, openly showing their relationship and it seems that the public has accepted them as a young power couple. It made you wonder how they repressed their feelings and actions and words when they were under the Disney contract. So definitely time to break out from that mold and show them that they are now adults.
