Because frofro and some orlando fans don’t like miranda for orlando, and they really hate(i’m not sure if that’s the right word) her for using orlando mainly for her own benefits. They think for a fact that miranda is a liar who sleeps with every man who can help her career, that she’s a fameho. that she’s a trying hard model, that he dumped her but beg him to continue their relationship for the sake of her career. They really think for a fact that miranda is a poison to orlando.

I hope that summarizes why they don’t like miranda for their precious orlando.

That statement is an oxymoron, and perfectly illustrates the problem most fans have with people like the Delpites. You can’t “think” for a “fact”. You can only “know” for a “fact”. The girls on Delphi “think” they know everything there is to know about Miranda and/or Orlando, but they know NOTHING for a “fact”. They claim a lot of things as “fact”, but they evidently don’t know the definition of the word. NONE of the things that you mentioned in your post is a “fact”. And why do some others have to attack her like they do? Do you know “for a fact” that she is a horrible person? NO! you don’t.

Your post here and the accusations contained in it about my board and my reasons for going private last year are completely false. As you so claim I can also claim that I KNOW EXACTLY who many people are and EXACTLY who visits OU and ever has done. I have known and had that information available to me and my admins all the way along. Now that is a fact and is a TRUTH.

Just a small sample from today so far I can tell you there have been visitors at OU from around this globe including:
Kuwait
Philippines
United Kingdom
Slovenia
Asia
USA (I won’t bother naming all the exact states)
Germany
Italy
Canada
Australasia
Plus a few other other European countries and places

I don’t think it’s necessary for me to detail each and every post they viewed, how long they looked at each one, and each and every page they looked at again for how long and at what exact time they did that. I could also tell you exactly where their IP’s track back to,whether they attempted to mask their IP’s, all sorts of interesting info. Practically right down to what the roof of their house looks like if I was so inclined LOL.

I must say that to ask someone to come to your site for a direct conversation, then go on to say that they can find your house, is not helping the situation. The only thing that should be sending up red flags …is those people who ARE choosing to stalk / harass others such as HAS been happening on OU and those who ARE also trying to hide their actions and or believe themselves unaccountable thinking they are unable to be traced. If any OU visitor is not one of the people who have been doing the stalking / harassing then they don’t need to fear nor be remotely concerned about any tracking, They also do not need to be concerned about being a person who can be held accountable and responsible by those authorities who can find them accountable and responsible.

Cyber Stalking and Cyber Harassment, whichever term is applicable or you want to use, depending on country of origin, is illegal and is a recognised criminal offence in many countries. Furthermore the people responsible can also be subject to further civil remedies.

You make threats against posters, then claim that you are the one being harassed? You came here first, remember? No one critical of you even mentioned your site by name, so how are you, or your members being “stalked”. In fact, the original poster who called you out thought that your site was still private, how can they be “stalking” you? get a grip. You came here to post, and people responded. If you can’t handle that, don’t come here. Go back to your site where everyone agrees with you. It will keep you calmer.
And in order to file a legal action, you would have to prove that what they said is false. I think that you may be hard pressed on that count.
Besides, the way the posts are worded, they made it sound like their opinion, not fact. And all anyone would have to do is show the posts that you made here, and your ‘case’ would be laughed out of court.

There are other fan sites that use tracking. I can only guess that the board owners are curious as to who really views their boards and to be honest, in this day and age of cyber stalking, it sounds like a good way to protect yourself. Just think how many sites you have been on and how many probably have tracking in place. I would venture to guess that this site uses it too.

@96 You obviously missed the repeated mention that I wrote that aside from being a long standing and foundation member of OU (in fact she was the who helped me decide to form that entire board years back and is indeed still a moderator there) Fro is indeed one of my closest and dearest friends in real life?

Oh please now I can’t respond to false accusations about my friend or have to limit what I can write about here if those issues impact the posts in question in the first place?. She has more than once done the exact same for me in defending me and taken the slurs for doing so too I might add. Why woudl she do that? Because she is first and foremost a very close real life friend and friends will always look out for one another and care deeply for one another. @97 I do agree with your comments. I too think now is a good time for this stuff to stop. I personally would love to see that happen not just on here and I would hope it can happen on all sides and sites. For the simple reasons that it is disruptive, hurtful, damaging, and ineffective overall no matter what ’side’ or board or whatever anyone is on or not. I don’t think anyone truly wants to feel that they have no other option but to file charges. I would also hope that most people would be able to control their own behaviour before that ever become the only option, again no matter who, what or where.

Obviously I have stirred up a hornets nest by choosing to post here. My mistake in caring about my friend and having listened to her distress spoken to me many times about what has occurred to her personally here on JJ especially in the last year but also on IMDb over many years. I will not apologise for caring about her and my board members. But it appears that’s not the done thing in JJ world or on the internet in general apparently. You’d think I’d have learnt that over the years, maybe not being able to not care about my friends isn’t in my nature.
