Director Spike Jonze keeps his arm around his leading lady, actress Michelle Williams, while taking a romantic morning stroll through New York City on Saturday morning (March 7).
Michelle was also seen chatting on her cell phone and toting around a cotton shoulder bag from the Guggenheim Museum with the following words written on it: “Je T’Aime” (”I Love You” in French).

#17, I heard Michelle’ s no stranger to drug use too. I don’t think they broke up because of Heath’s drug use, I think he did drugs occationally, but I don’t know if he was an addict. I think Heath just wasn’t that into her anymore, I think it was him who broke up.
the academy make a big mistake to give the oscar of heath ledger to michelle williams. she is the mother of matilda that’s all, she is moves on with spike and she has no connection to heath’s familly now. i’am sure that at the time of heath’s death, he was so annoyed and hated michelle williams.
Spike isn’t the only one who can’t stay long in a relationship, Michelle is also unable to commit. Her previous relationships never lasted longer than 1 or 2 years. I don’t think Spike intends to be Matilda’s stepdaddy, he just wants Michelle. She’s probably a good f*ck.

She was with Spike in Spring of 2007. The one thing that really really hurt Heath was that his daughter was going to get to know another man more then him. He wanted a sense of home and family for Matilda. Michelle was very mean spirited about Matilda.
Think about it. She insisted on keeping Matilda with her even tho she was working, over Christmas, when Heath wanted to take her home to Australia to see her grandparents. He ended up going alone. She is a very selfish, fake person. I just hope She and her “boyfriends” do not mistreat Matilda. I also hope Matilda gets to spend a lot of time with Heath’s family, but I doubt it. Heath’s family will really love her and cherish her. I think Michelle is psycho. I am glad the paparrazzi take Matilda’s picture. I don’t want Michelle to think she can hide Matilda from us. #50 - you do realize that Heath Ledger was an addict from his teenage years? It wasn’t “just an ugly period”, he was constantly on drugs for many years and few women could put up with that, especially with a small child in the home.
Michelle Williams is a very talented actress who has been through a very difficult time, both during her relationship with the father of her child, and afterwards. She certainly doesn’t deserve the appalling comments on this board and I wish her all the best.

Ivana, I agree with Ruth. I don’t think Michelle is too blame for “his” problems. Just because their relationship didn’t work out didn’t mean she didn’t care about him. Their relationship had just past its toll- they were both going in different directions career-wise.
In any case, I think heath’s death was just one of those situations where people needed to find someone to blame. Michelle was hit the hardest because she was the closest.

maybe michelle broke up with heath to see if he would change. maybe they still talked. maybe michelle blames herself for what happened to heath. maybe she feels like she gave up on him. maybe they would have gotten back together, they hadn’t been apart all that long and in hollywood anything is possible. i feel sorry for michelle being a true single mom. no woman has a child thinking they are going to have to do this totally alone weather with the father or not. i wish her the best and feel for her.

This might have some truth to it and I don’t even buy into astrology, but still I’ve noticed I’m friends mostly with fire signs and when they have entered into relationships with earth signs…it’s not pleasant. Maybe it’s just a number of coincidences, maybe I’m a little biased because these are my friends, but it’s been the earth signs that are mostly distant, critical, manipulative, and JEALOUS of their partner’s successes in lots of different areas. All the relationships ended either when the earth sign cheated or dumped my friends because they supposedly had too many opinions different from them. But man, did they loved the process of “baby-making” from what I heard.
