Blake Lively: Arrested!!!
Blake Lively is seen getting arrested outside the Russian Tea Room restaurant in New York City on Tuesday (March 10).
The 21-year-old actress was shooting new scenes as Serena van der Woodsen for her CW series Gossip Girl.
Other pictures include her costars at The Petrossian restaurant: pregnant Kelly Rutherford, Leighton Meester, Chace Crawford, Kelly Rutherford, Ed Westwick, Penn Badgley and Michelle Trachtenberg.
