Kelly Clarkson Tapes ‘Live With Regis & Kelly!’
Kelly Clarkson arrives for a pre-taping of Live with Regis and Kelly! in New York City on Tuesday morning (March 10).
The 26-year-old American Idol champ’s performance will air this Friday on Regis. Tomorrow, Kelly and Kanye West will perform on American Idol’s elimination show.
Kelly was recently asked about her collaboration with Katy Perry for the song “I Do Not Hook Up.” She tells Elle, “It has a cool message: It’s saying it’s okay to not be the girl who parties too much and sleeps around; it’s okay to be the girl who wants something solid. I believe in that.”
Kelly’s fourth studio album, All I Ever Wanted, is out in stores now. Your life would suck without it! Check out her GMA performance below…

Um, isn’t it a bit ironic she did a collabo with Katy Perry for a song like that. Just saying, “I Kissed A Girl” isn’t exactly an anthem for gay rights.

She looks fine, I don’t think she has let herself go. Her weight seems to fluctuate up and down. Anyway she sounds great live, she is the only one from American Idol who’s songs I like.
I would still bang her.
Sound like her backing vocalists are singing the whole chorus instead of her.
Rather disappointed with this performance.
She can do so much better.
And as for the weigh issues, she looks great here.
The dark pants and lighter top just dont look that flattering.
An A-line dress or top with tighter pants/leggings would have looked much better.
But kudos for her not letting society and the mdia influence her self esteem and confidence.

Damn, people, what does it say about you guys that you’re so upset/disgusted over Kelly not being a thin mint? Just sad. I’ve met her and I’m glad she’s exactly who she is. Carrie Underwood used to be about the same shape she was when she won Idol but it looks like she’s become a sort of Barbie doll. Love them both, though.

Always gotta bring up her weight. As if that matters, cause the ones calling her fat are probably setting behind your computers over weight yourselves with a bag of chips at your desk. Look in the mirror before acting like you’re better.

It’s funny that people criticize her weight. I am glad she has that big of an impact on your lives that you feel the need to post a negative comment about her. Her performance on gma was great, her back up singers (who are awesome btw) we’re not singing the chorus by herself, and she looked nice and classy, on gma and it also looked like she lost weight. Of course her photos are not really that great but hello people she was totally bombarded by the paps who were totally running over her fans. Sorry she worries about her talent not weight.
Kelly’s voice is amazing and that is all that matters. In this day and age, Kelly Clarkson is one of the few actual role models in the public eye that people of all ages and cultural backgrounds can look up to. I love the fact that she is not obsessed with how she looks…that is what makes her the perfect spokesperson for America. She is the same person now as she was when she won a little talent contest called American Idol, I’m sure you are all aware that she did not win America’s Next Top Model so I don’t know why everyone makes a big deal over her size. I know thousands of people that would die for a figure like hers. She has integrity and grace.
Who cares what everyone thinks. Kelly you look beautiful and you are a very good role model to me…keep up the great work. I LOVE YOUR NEW CD
