Angelina Jolie Gets Salt Sexy
Angelina Jolie dons sunglasses as she leaves the set of Salt, flanked by bodyguards and aides on Wednesday (March 11) in New York City.
The 33-year-old super mom took a break from her blonde wig after shooting multiple scenes down in Washington D.C.
It was recently reported that E! Entertainment TV donated $250k to the Jolie-Pitt Foundation last year. The contribution was one of four donations, including Brad and Angie themselves as well as Jerry Weintraub, the producer of Ocean’s Eleven.

Brad Pitt Seeks Trespassing Charges Against E!

Reps for Brad Pitt are seeking trespassing charges against E! Networks after a producer and cameraman allegedly walked onto the actor’s property in the Hollywood Hills last week.
“Yes, we have filed trespassing charges against E! and are exploring our legal options against both the crew that actually trespassed and the network itself,” his rep tells PEOPLE.
A Los Angeles police spokesperson says the incident, first reported by TMZ.com, is still under investigation.
The cable network, meanwhile, is denying any intentional wrongdoing. “E! Networks is investigating allegations that a producer and cameraman who were filming locations for a program about Brad Pitt went onto property last week that is reportedly owned by Mr. Pitt,” according to a statement from the cable channel.
“E! Networks did not instruct or authorize anyone working on its program to improperly intrude onto private property, and the individuals involved have been terminated. While neither Mr. Pitt nor his family were at the property when the incident took place, the network in no way condones or encourages such behavior and would like to offer its most sincere apologies to Mr. Pitt and his family.”
I didn’t know it was E photographers who trespassed on their property, how terrifying. They were there for a week or so right? With camping gear and food supply with huge camera lenses. I’m sorry but that really crosses the line since Brad and Angelina are always very generous with photos of the family.

That’s the rumor I’m hearing. A source says that the pair’s on-again, off-again relationship may have ended when Aniston returned from overseas, where she was promoting Marley & Me. She returned sometime within the last week.
“He broke up with her when she got back from her European tour,” the source said.
Aniston’s rep did not immediately comment. Mayer’s rep declined to comment on the singer’s personal life.

Mickey Rourke set for ‘Iron Man 2′

Mickey Rourke has closed his deal to play the Russian villain in “Iron Man 2.”
His involvement was expected (Daily Variety, Jan. 7), but dealmaking was arduous after Marvel Entertainment offered “The Wrestler” star only $250,000 for his first major studio film in years.
More than one option
Rourke’s salary will be now better than that.
While his ICM rep, David Unger, battled for more dough, Rourke’s encounters with “Iron Man” star Robert Downey Jr. on the awards circuit sealed his participation in the film.los
Rourke won the Golden Globe and was Oscar nominated for “The Wrestler” and Downey got Golden Globe and Oscar nominations for “Tropic Thunder,” so Downey used each occasion to recruit Rourke.
When Downey, Rourke as well as actors including Frank Langella and Anne Hathaway took part in a roundtable discussion with Newsweek’s David Ansen, Downey interrupted the proceedings, reached across the table and flat out asked Rourke to do “Iron Man 2.”
Rourke also met with Jon Favreau and scribe Justin Theroux and got to be part of the development of his character. He’ll play Whiplash, a character that includes elements from that comicbook villain and Crimson Dynamo, another Russian baddie.
Marvel wouldn’t confirm Rourke’s involvement, but he’s planning to join Downey, Sam Rockwell and Samuel L. Jackson, with Scarlett Johansson the frontrunner to play the Black Widow.

New Orleans’ Own Field Of Dreams
George Washington Carver High School - reduced to a collection of prefabricated buildings that sprang up amid the devastation of Hurricane Katrina - is a fertile ground for dreamers.
Just ask Carver graduate and former National Football League star Marshall Faulk.
“A lot of life-lessons were taught at that school and in that football program,” he said. “My coach got me off the street and taught me to believe in myself. That’s what football can do in a school where kids don’t have a lot of other things.”
Carver is a centerpiece of an ambitious plan to restore pride in the 9th Ward community and a lifeline for students who are struggling to re-establish their lives after the devastating storm which killed more than 1,600 people forced them to flee the city.
The school’s football team and band are back, and a $1.8 million proposal to build a football stadium and Olympic-quality track is gaining steam.
“We’ve all lost so much here,” said Mary Lodge Evans, a 1962 Carver graduate and president of the alumni association. “As far as a community, we still have a long way to go, but the school is giving us something to rally around.”
The 531 students - down from 1,200 pre-Katrina - are drawn from all over New Orleans. They are mostly poor and mostly black. Principal Vanessa Eugene said many students’ lives were disrupted by the storm, and some were homeless or living with someone other than a parent. Some were out of school for a year or two.
“It’s things like our sports and the band that have brought these kids together,” Bordainick said. “They are very proud of what we’re doing here, and feel very much a part of it. That’s a big thing for kids who have lost so much.”
Katrina devastated the Carver neighborhood in August 2005, pouring a dozen feet of water into its modest homes and small businesses. Most remain empty, still bearing high-water marks and the circled X’s searchers left as they looked for storm victims.
Unlike the Lower 9th Ward, this area received little attention and less help. Where the wrecked houses in the Lower 9 have been demolished and volunteers, including Brad Pitt, have been building new houses, the area around Carver looks much as it did when the flood waters receded.

Mark Millar and J.G. Jones unleashed their twisted take on the superhero genre in 2003 with “Wanted” from Top Cow. In the book, main character Wesley Gibson finds out that he is the son of a famous supervillain called The Killer, and that years ago, all of the supervillains banded together to wipe superheroes off the face of the planet, even going so far as to make people forget they ever existed. The story follows Wesley as he embraces his father’s legacy and joins the Fraternity, the group of supervillains that secretly runs the world.
2008 saw the adaptation of “Wanted” for the big screen, and although much of the comic’s story was changed, the themes of Wesley embracing his legacy and joining the Fraternity were major elements of the film. The movie was a huge success, going on to gross over $340 million.
At New York Comic Con 2009, Universal and Top Cow gave fans a sneak peak at one of the more interesting games coming out this year, “Wanted: Weapons of Fate.” Developer GRIN has taken elements of both the comic book and movie and combined them with unique gameplay mechanics like bullet curving and a momentum building cover system. “Wanted: Weapons of Fate” is looking to put its own stamp on the action game genre when it hits shelves later this month.
******You’re introducing some new characters into the “Wanted” universe with this game. Can you tell us a little about them?
Since this is technically a sequel to the film, we had the opportunity to create new characters that expand on the “Wanted” universe.***** One in particular is Arana (which means “Spider” in Spanish), and she is the game’s Femme Fatale and was inspired by the Angelina Jolie character from the film. Paz Vega brings her to life through her voice-over performance. I was lucky enough to sit in on her voice over session in Madrid, Spain. There are many new characters – you’ll have to play to meet them all.

Pitt, who has a home in New Orleans with his wife, actress Angelina Jolie, founded the Make it Right Foundation in 2007, helping build environmentally sustainable housing for low-income people displaced from their homes by Hurricane Katrina.
In her public remarks, Pelosi said Pitt had told her about how the houses being built are not only “wonderful homes for these families” but built to a “green standard,” with utility bills of less than $10 a month.
In his meetings, Pitt stressed that he remains committed to perfecting the work Make it Right has been doing in New Orleans. He also wanted to let the new administration know that developing affordable, energy-efficient housing can be done.

E! may have thought they could gain something by playing nice with Brangelina, whose star power probably attracts more viewers in an hour than E! drums up all week. But recent events would indicate that, if it was their motivation to suck up for a little extra camera time, it didn’t work.
In total, Brad and Angelina gave away $3.4 million last year. Beneficiaries included Pitt’s Make it Right Foundation in New Orleans, three UN-based organizations working in Darfur, Children’s causes in Cambodia, and the Maddox Chivan Children’s Center, named after the first child Jolie adopted.

Yes, Brad and Angelina are staring back at me every time I click on an Internet browser these days. But “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” takes me back to where it all began. It’s an old-fashioned Hollywood caper that goes down like a hot fudge sundae — the writing is sharp, the production is slick, and the chemistry is sizzling.
- Scene bite: “You still alive, baby?” Angelina Jolie’s Mrs. Smith purrs, crouched as she is on the bullet-riddled stairs of her home, each hand gripping a machine gun, which turn out to be the perfect accessories for the backless black cocktail dress and stilettos as she takes in the news that her spouse is also an assassin and she’s his next target. Brad Pitt’s Mr. Smith feigns a moan in reply as he aims in her direction. Bang, bang. It’s to die for.
