OlderGisele Bundchen Covers ‘Harper’s Bazaar’ April 2009
Following her ultra-secret wedding to pro-footballer Tom Brady, Brazilian beauty Gisele Bundchen (in Louis Vuitton) graces the April 2009 cover of Harper’s Bazaar. Check out what she had to say:
On how she’s ready to start a family: “I want to have a big family. My parents have been together for 36 years, and that is what I want.” She goes on to say: “I love kids. It’s amazing that I have the opportunity to hang out with my stepson all the time.”
On what she loves most about her new husband: “Tom is a good guy. He has a very pure heart. He’s very naive, almost like a child. That is my favorite quality about him. One thing that I thought was so amazing when I first met him is that he is innocent. He sees the world with colored glasses.”
On life five to six years ago: “I was drinking a lot of red wine, smoking a pack and a half of cigarettes a day, and eating cheeseburgers all day. I was treating my body, which is my temple and my best friend, as my worst enemy. I was almost punishing myself. I was so tired. I was working so much, and I was numb.”

I understand completely what she means, you guys are taking her words too seriously, I think their relationship is secure enough and they understand each other well.
That being said, I love Gisele, she’s smart, down to earth and pragmatic, her business sense is on point and she is definitely the best model out there.
Love her and love the fact that she found a real man who can can appreciate the powerhouse that she is unlike Di Caprio who insists on being with that cold and dumb little girl.
The things she said about her husband, her stepson are so beautiful just like herself.
To completely blame Tom for the pregnancy of his ex-girlfriend is so nonsense. The ex has much more responsible for this.

I dont’ know, but she’s really annoying, every time i see her on tv saying anything at all. They all sound so stupid. After reading her latest comment, I guess you all see what I mean. Her husband’s Naivete is the most attractive attribute? She ate cheeseburger all the time, WTF?!

I agree with Anthony about Brasil. I am in college with several Brasilian friends and they have educated my so much about Brasil. Brasil does seem to have more in common with the US than they have with other South American/Central Amercian countries.
This is not meant to be insulting to my friends, but they do tend to look down on their South American neighbors (somewhat understandably, as Brasil is by far the geographically largest, most populated, and economically viable country in Latin America). I asked their opinion about Hugo Chavez and they said “idiot, brutish, oil pimp”. They also seriously question the intelligence of people from other South American countries.
For those of you who will criticize my comments and compare Mexico, please remember that Mexico is located in North America.
Just my two cents.

there’s just something about me that annoyed her. i don’t know whether it’s because she is in the middle of a situation that bare similarities to mine, she playing the role of my ex’s girlfriend, or if it’s just because i’ve never liked her. but i do have to say that she at least encourages tom to spend time with his son and treats him as her own, rather than try and play his mother and make “their own family” - if that makes sense. and you know what, being naive is not stupid. and you know, you don’t know what conversations they have. he could be very aware on some things, but very unaware on others. he’s from america, she’s from brazili… they could learn/teach each other plenty. man, i can’t believe i just complimented her! Haha! And no, I didn’t get pregnant on purpose. It took two people, which I’m sure it took with Tom and Bridget. I think the he said/she said should just stop because I’m sure Bridget is just as over it as the Bradys.
