Halle Berry is spends the afternoon at a friend’s house on Tuesday (March 10) in Los Angeles, Calif.
The 42-year-old actress was just named the Sexiest Black Woman by Access Hollywood’s TV One Access survey. Halle beat out Tyra Banks, Alicia Keys, Jada Pinkett Smith, and Rihanna in TV One Access‘ poll.
Halle just released her debut fragrance, Halle, in collaboration with perfume giant Coty.

#17-rumors have been flying since late Feb. By the skin tight dresses she recently wore at the Oscars and Essence luncheon I say no. Can’t go by the purse position in the above pix nor the scarf she wore in the recent family golf outing. If your going by some blurb on that show her friend does–re-read again it was referring to Things We Lost In the Fire in the synopsis, but when you open it, it talks about her perfume.

1) if there were all darker skinned women in that category then lighter skinned would be offended
2) if there were half white and half black women in that category, then full black women are gonna be offended
2) if there full black women in that category then mixed women are gonna be offended
3) if there were all light skinned women in that category, then dark skinnded are gonna be offended

I think it’s ridiculous. What is the purpose of categorizing race? This is no longer relevant in our society of multiple mixtures of race.

She’s mixed race. Children of mixed races are often attractive having acquired what SOME see as the best features from each race. Her looks don’t have anything to do what SHE has accomplished. It’s not something she should be praised for, it’s a chance of birth. Besides beauty IS in the eye of the beholder. I’m sure there are others that think some of the other women are sexier.You know what they say about opinions….
Don’t think so Clarice–she and Gabe were seen coming out a fertility clinic last month or so unless they hit pay dirt like they did with Nahla. Bottom line, what I find disturbing about the whole thing is that there is even a “Sexiest Black Woman” list. What about “Sexiest Woman” list that includes ALL women, not just white, black, etc.

it really holds black people back in society to have a separate catergory for sexiest BLACK woman alive. she should deny the award in the name of black women who want to be treated equal to white women and women of all other races.
Why non choose someone who is all natural (ie. no nose job, botox, hair weaves, etc..)? Berry has indulged in all of these. It gets tiresome to hear other women celebs bashed for plastic surgery and she’s always captioned as ’so naturally beautiful.’ I suppose these days, as long as your alive you’re ‘natural’.
Halle is crazy as a bed bug, the African American community have been well aware of that for a very long time. She’s just as crazy as Angelina Jolie another crazy, and Mariah Carrey, they “is all crazy” pretty but “crazy”.
She’s a very pretty lady,but she’s biracial so with saying tht she does nt compare to black females,you can only compare her wth other biracial women
