Katie Holmes & Suri Cruise: Pizza Party!
Katie Holmes and her mini-me Suri have a pizza lunch together on Sunday afternoon (March 15) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
Suri, who turns 3 in about one month, hid her head in her mom’s shoulder for most of the time.
Katie, 30, debuted longer locks at the premiere of husband Tom Cruise’s latest WWII flick, Valkyrie in Japan on Wednesday. Looks like those extensions didn’t stay in for very long!

special needs- it’s very obvious. I have a friend who teaches special needs children…some of them are autistic….but, not all. She has very similar traits, behaviors…..that indicate her a special needs child. It can simply mean- she is not developing quite right- and it masks itself as a ” very shy child”. That is just one sign.
Okay seriously, I’ve worked with autistic children before and suri is NOT autistic and most likely not special needs - it looks to be more a case of standard developmental delay (which is fairly common in some over-privileged children and can be grown out of quickly).
I mean really, if you were brought up in that $cientology cult, you’d be pretty messed up too. Some of the cult escapees know this first hand, you can read their stories on exscientologykids.com for yourself.
It certainly doesn’t help that her parents drag her around in front of celeb-gawkers and paparazzi all the time. I don’t care how “used to it” a kid may seem, it is still very traumatic.

My parents let me grow out my bangs when I was 4 and I always had a barrette in my hair so I could see. Suri deserves a barrette, too, no?

Don’t be. Developmental delay can be as simple as learning to walk, talk, read or get off the baby bottle late. I was carried around a lot as a baby since I was the first grandchild in the family, so I was a few months later than average in learning to walk. I consider that a developmental delay and I am not offended.
And it is pretty well known that little suri did take longer than average to get off the bottle. It’s not such a big deal (though she *may* need braces for the overbite that can cause).
The real problem, is going to be growing up in a cult environment. Just ask some of the ex-$cientology kids on their website forum. It’s worse than you think.
Everyone needs to lay off the kids, no matter whose kids they are.

only JP kids are perfect? - Brad and Angie carry Shiloh for a good reason. She - just like Suri - is only 2 1/2 years old. She could easily run of and go to those stupid paparazzis who are constantly following the family. Besides recently there have been many photos in which Shiloh actually walks with her own two feet. So if that doesn´t prove that she can walk then nothing does. BTW. What happened to Suri/Shiloh tea party? I doubted from the beginning that it was a tabloid fabrication. The JPs are in NYC and these photos of Katie and Suri have been taken in LA. Suri is a cute little girl but in these photos she looks just bored. Maybe she is fed up with all those paps that are following her and her mummy. Who wouldn´t be. Zahara Jolie-Pitt is another example of that. She has developed this famous death look which shows how much she hates paparazzis and this look on Suri´s face is pretty close to that look.
A few thoughts…..Tom didnt like her extentions because it made her look like a girl, and I also can’t believe he actually let her eat! Poor Suri, what a messed up life she has. No friends, never smiles, pimped out. Makes me sick.

wtf happened to Suri? she used to be so cute.
I’m sure it’s because of the papz why Suri is acting that way but she has been exposed to that for a very long time, Katie should teach her daughter how to behave properly. A lot of celebrity kids are hounded by the papz too but all looked normal except for the pissed face they give but nothing unusual like covering the ears and face that Suri usually do (although it’s not pictured over the photo section).
I am not accusing Suri of any illness but whatever she is experiencing now, i hope her parents can help her overcome it.

I meet children from families of socioeconomic status all the time, however I never fail to sense the joy and life from their faces.

Most parents would not drag their child around in front of the paps if they looked so consistently miserable as Suri does. I can’t think of another celeb kid that looks so miserable. Yes there are pics of her smiling once and awhile and on other blogs etc., but for the most part she looks upset, miserable, and is hiding her face, covering her ears and otherwise showing her displeasure at being out and about with the paps. Unless she is a spoiled brat and doing this for effect. However, since none of us know that, we can only go by the pics where she looks upset.

Do you see the JP’s, the Affleck kids, the Rossdale kids, and a host of other star kids that are frequently photograhed look as miserable as this kid? No you don’t. Raphael and Victoria, If you find some of the comments here so ridiculous, tacky and vile why do you take the time to even bother commenting on them? Why not just post what you like about the family rather then spend the time here policing everybody else’s comments?
Suri is a lovely girl and I think that she is protected as much as she can be protected. Hiding is not very good for kids either. Her bangs are probably growing out and she probably has a strong will and doesn’t want to wear “cute barrettes”. Maybe she doesn’t feel the need to look cute to please us? Maybe she just want her mom? Maybe she feels theatened walking by herself with all the photographers shouting, maybe they bring that blanket so that at least something will always be the same? I mean, what can you do in that situation? I think it’s great that they let Suri be and don’t make her into a little showpiece with perfect hair. Jeez people. It’s a little girl, a child. Behave! Be adults and not so uncivilized! No wonder kids grow up to be bullies with adults like this! How can you say such things about a child?

Cute! Katie is such a good Mom! The reason that Suri hides her face is because of the hundreds of flashbulbs blinding her and paparazzi calling out to her….and the reason her Mom carries her is the same! I would think you People would have sense enough to know that.
Anyone that has a three year old in their family also would know they take everything out of their hair constantly. So you cannot keep it out of their eyes.
