OlderEd Westwick is a Burberry Boy
Gossip Girl bad boy Ed Westwick hosts an event in honor of Burberry Creative Director Christopher Bailey at the Barneys store in New York City on Monday night (March 16).
I had the pleasure of meeting the 21-year-old British actor at the swank event, which served British-themed canapés including miniature shepherd pies and roast beef.
Over 200 guests attended the cocktail event on the men’s floor at Barneys, where Westwick raved to me about how timeless Burberry scarves are with the signature check design (black, white, and red pattern).
Ed also lamented about his band, indie rock band The Filthy Youth. “It’s pretty much dead at the moment, I’m too tied up with the show right now,” he said right before running back to the Gossip set to shoot more scenes.
