Brad Pitt & Natalie Portman: ‘Artifacts’ Couple
Brad Pitt and Natalie Portman are coupling up to star in the silver screen adaptation of the new Leanne Shapton book “Important Artifacts and Personal Property from the Collection of Lenore Doolan and Harold Morris, Including Books, Street Fashion, and Jewelry.”
Whew, that was a mouthful.
According to Variety, Nat brought the book to Brad, whose production company Plan B will be producing with Nat’s Handsomecharlie Films.
Wow, what a way to take control!
The project will be developed as a romantic comedy, with Brad playing Morris and Nat playing Doolan.

Pitt always potrays a character with natural,easy manner.
Potman, on the other hand, tends to be forced and tense.
Will this be a good match on the sceen?
I am skeptical about it.
I know. Remember when Angelina said she hoped that they would BOTH take some time off to spend with their children? You guys love using her quotes but I bet you want to make that one disappear. He doesn’t want to raise his children he would rather use his production company has a way to star in films that he otherwise would not get.

It is not about cheating on Angie, it is about a good film about to be made, and I think the age difference is kind a sexy and intriguing. Happens all the time: Older man, younger woman!

There is absolutely no question that Angie is mystifying and gorgeous and everything else you said, but Natalie has youth, it is something you can’t beat.

I’ll admit the guy has been picking good movies but he’s never as good as the movie. Button would have kicked ass with a better actor in the lead and don’t even start the oscar talk. That was obviously a faux nomination for the box office sales.

Too big for what? Did you read the info on the book? The man’s in his mid-40s…Brad is 45. The woman is in her mid-late-20s. Portman is 26. Besides - that’s how Hollywood works. Older men with younger women. Actually, if you stop to think about it…that’s how life works. Otherwise people act like you’re abnormal if you’re an older woman in love with a younger man. Nobody bats an eye when 64 year-old Clint Eastwood marries 32 year-old Dina Ruiz…but 42 year-old Demi Moore marries 27 year-old Ashton Kutcher and the cops get called in.
I think it is a perfect combination, the roles as assigned are just right and the age is just right, i can’t wait for this film. I love Brad, but, especially, Natalie.
“I don’t want to wake up one day and say I had my career that expanded so much longer and I did that many more films and miss out on all those other things in life,” she said.

Cheating might not break them up but brad choosing his career over his kids sure will make Angelina think… hmmm.
Brad is an artist and so is Angie. Everyone is jealous of their happy family and their relationship. If Angie or Brad will be paired with a leading lady/leading man, people always make it a point to “break-up” their happy home. This is just a part of being in the entertainment business. Atlas Shrugged will have Angie with several leading men. Watch the tabs have a great party with that. I hope this movie which Lainey called just “Artifacts” will be interesting for us fans.

Brad has two films coming out soon, three films is waiting for him to star and many producing projects. He is so hot in demand. Good for him.

I feel bad for Angelina because it’s apparent that Brad tricked her into believing that he was on the same page as her. She is willing to stop acting for her children but he’s not. They are not on the same page. He lied to her. I hope she can deal with that and they don’t breakup.

I don’t see how he could possibly have time for SIX SMALL children who NEED their father while he’s making movie after movie, producing, searching for even more movies, etc. and Angelina is working. I hope they have really good male nannies to stand in Brad’s place. Paul Newman said one of his BIGGEST regrets in life was taking on a bunch of movies instead of being a full time father.

Are you serious?
I love how everytime Brad or Angelina do ANYTHING, they get slammed for daring to work. Angelina went over a year without working. Brad was off all summer, he’s not working now, and everything he’s got lined up to do is still in development and heaven only knows when they’ll actually be ready to start filming. They both take off more time than the majority of parents are ever able to.
