Orlando Bloom rides his motorcycle to the Mummy Rocks auction on Wednesday (March 18) in London.
At Mummy Rocks!, a Mother’s Day event in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, Orlando belted out a few tunes with Mick Jones, guitarist and legendary founder of punk outfit The Clash.
Last week Orlando and his sister Samantha Bloom, attended a private viewing of “Mythologies.” Orlando’s girlfriend Miranda Kerr was last spotted en route back to her native Australia.

Orlando Bloom leaves the Cuckoo Club with a group of friends at 3.30 am. He had arrived on his motorbike, which had been given a parking ticket earlier in the evening, and appeared not able to safely drive the bike home, as a friend pushed the bike inside the club to store it. However, after 20 minutes, another friend drove the bike out of the club to a nearby hotel where Orlando was waiting to recieve it. 3.19.09

I doubt it’s true, just the usual tabloid trash. Orlando would be crazy to risk his relationship with the stunningly beautiful Miranda for some b grade groupies. He knows most guys would kill to have Miranda for a girlfriend and I really don’t think he’s that foolish, particularly with the paps following his every move.
Miranda didn’t go back to Australia, but instead she went to Spain for the Barcelona Fashion Week.

Yes, my boy Orly and Cokate Moss will make a lovely couple! I can see they have so much chemistry, really look good together, and they compliment each other. Excuse those of us who are not able to “control” how emotional we get about certain things.

Question is why are you posting about it? Do you spy on Orlando for Miranda when she is not around? Orlando does not have to drink to act like he is drunk. He is always that silly. Haven’t you ever noticed that. If he did drink he wouldn’t even be able to even stand up, let alone do any dirty dancing with anyone.
When a guy is generally shy and nervous around women, they tend to over compensate for it by doing exactly what he has been photographed doing many times. They don’t know how to express what they feel so they let their actions speak for them. Unfortunately this course of action can send some very mixed signals to certain people (ie possible girlfriends)
Just an observation. Orlando is not the only guy who has ever gone thru this.
Give the man a break already. Just because he is not working or living up to other people’s standards of what he should be doing or who he is with, does not mean that he is doing anything wrong. Yes it does hurt seeing pictures like that, if you happen to be the girlfriend. I know from personal experience. Doesn’t matter if he does anything with them or not. It could go either way actually. Even if those “friends” are just that, you never know how someone is going to take something.
I was just offering my condolences for any friends of his that may feel something more for him than he does for them. It’s not his fault in any way. The point I was trying to make is that it can happen.

I was just pointing out how it would make me feel. She may or may not feel the same way. But everyone is different. And no one is any better than anyone else.

IMO any normal girl who’s in a relationship wil be hurt or feel mad if you happen to know that your boyfriend is playing around (with pics of evidence) while you’re away. But in miranda’s case, i’m not sure she’ll feel any of those. He’s done this to her many times before.

I think the comment of #54 made some sense and i partially agree with that.
Who thinks he’s a saint? Not I. He likes to party, sometimes he drinks too much, and he seems to dearly love all the attention he gets from the ladies. But all that aside, we honestly don’t know how Miranda feels or what she thinks. Maybe she’s o.k. with it or just accepts that this is how Orlando is. We also don’t know how ’serious’ their relationship is (or isn’t). I get the feeling he genuinely likes her and enjoys being with her when he can, but he’s also FAR from ready to ’settle down.’ Obviously those engagement rumors weren’t true so possibly one or the other, or maybe both of them, is ‘commitment shy.’ If she doesn’t like the way things are, then it’s really up to her to decide if she wants to keep the friendship/relationship/whatever it is they have going as is - or not. Can anyone tell me the original source that said Orlando had left with a group of girls in a taxi to go to a hotel? TMZ commented but only used the same quote.
I could be wrong but as far as I can tell none of the English papers like The Sun, Mirror, Daily Mail etc., have reported any such thing, only the Sun saying he attended the Charity Auction nothing about anything else.
If there was even a hint of him cheating on Miranda it would have been all over the papers in Australia, but not a word.
I have seen the pics of him at the function, in a taxi with friends and him leaving alone on his motorbike surrounded by the paps but nothing which suggest he did anything wrong.
So I wonder if it was just a celebrity blog that made the comments and if so could someone post a link to the original source?
Well, the “haters” are could hardly be called “unbiased”. Their analysis of any photo is aimed toward fulfilling their agenda. And if you don’t understand that, you are the one in denial.
As someone stated before, they deny that Orlando and Miranda have a relationship, just because they are pictured together, yet label him an obvious cheater for being pictured with any other female. How much sense can that make to any rational person? NONE.

Just as you said, don’t you know that every pap agency would have been all over him for leaving with girls if there had been anything going on? They labeled the other people in the taxi as friends, on the spot. Only a few gossip sites have hinted that there was more going on, and even then, only the more loathsome sites.

I am one of Orlando’s biggest fans and I maybe his biggest. I know a lot about Orlando and he would never do that to Miranda.
His always saying that “weman should be cherrished and respected.” So he would not do something like that. If anyone would do it it’s Miranda that would cheat on him!!!
Orlando is a beatiful person that cares for his girlfriends, he spoils them and he loves them like he should and he never cheats on them.

I will give you 3 resons why Orlando would never do what they say he did do.
1. When Orlando was 4 his so called father Harry Bloom died but then when he was 13 his mother told him his father was alive but it was not Harry Bloom. But he says when asked about it I was lucky enought to have two fathers.
2. When Orlando was 20 one of his friends in London had just moved into a new house and the widow was jamed and the climed up on to the root and the rain gutter gave away and he fell 3 stories and broke his back in four different places and he was waiting for sevral hours for the ambulanes to come because were he fell was amunsed trees and all in the end he was lifted out by a crane and was not supposed to walked ever again. But 12 days later he walked out on cruches.
He said on the Oprah show that at the time he was rushing though life wanting to get in to the work force, but his acident had him realise that he needed to slow down and make what he was doing right now count and have fun were he was.
3. Everyone who has met Orlando says he is the most sweet, caring nicest guy they had ever met.
Theres more I can think of but I will go on all day.
Theres not even any photos of Orlando leaving with any girls.
FYI Orlando is staying in london most likly because his sister and mother livein London.

IMO orlando is now being eclipsed by the younger actors in hollywood, cause simply his appeal and craft are mainly appreciated by younger audience. My orly couldn’t even land himself a potential blockbuster film starrer nowadays.

The tweenies and teenies have moved on to fresher faces like Efron, Pattinson, the Jonas Bros., etc. And you’re right, he really never established his credentials as a ‘leading man’ with older (i.e. adult) audiences so I’d say his options right now are kind of limited. Hopefully he’ll still be able to land a role (even if it’s not the ‘lead’) in another high-profile film working under a well-respected director - but he’s really got to prove he can cut it this time around if he hopes to revitalize a career that’s lost momentum and pretty much reached a standstill. His ‘golden boy’ days are past. Now he needs to show that he’s got what it takes to deliver a performance that’’s really worth remembering.

I do not disagree with your post. I agree whole heartedly, if this line of work is what he really wants to do.
It will never matter who his girlfriend, or significant other is.
The only thing that seems to be up in the air right now with him, at least to me is, what is he really doing?
He may just want to act in small roles from time to time, if he can get hired. If not it may not matter one way or the other to him.
I hope that whatever it is he is looking for - I hope he finds it one day.

However his name is known everywhere by everyone, which can’t be said of those boys as not that many people older than 30 know who they are. He’s been on several big blockbusters and some of them will hit history for their profits and influence on pop culture.
That’s what blockbusters are good for, to get money and his name known in the whole world. He already got that, now he needs a professional reputation and to show what he’s capable of with REAL roles in movies in which the characters and not the CGI or the mass publicity do all the work.
In his case it’s intelligent to go for the “indie” movie roles. The other boys are the ones who need blockbusters.

Miranda looks an idiot if they are seen together now after this- it looks like she doesnt mind playing the fool, to those of you who think nothing went on with those bunch of young girls- you are very niave- why would Orlando go back to a hotel with these girls when he has an apartment of his own? I think its obvious that he went back to a hotel with these girls for some group sex (he is known for it after all and has been for YEARS now) he naturally doesnt want them to know where he lives, so it is easier for him to have sex with them there- this isnt the first time Orlando has taken girls back to a hotel to have sex with, these rumors about the group sex started in 2001 when he wasnt even known very well- they have continued ever since.

“I got into acting for the women.” He denied having ever said that, didn’t he? Looking back over the years, I’d say his actions have contradicted his words, on more than one occasion and in more ways than one.
It’s really pathetic when you make a post to agree with yourself, pretending to be another poster, when your atrocious English can’t help but give you away.
And as #117 said….what rumors? He was single when the incident with Lainey happened, and yes she mentioned several girls, but she also mentioned several guys. It was probably one girl for each guy, but even if it was group sex, they are all consenting adults. What happens behind closed doors is none of our business.
And for this latest example, even the photographers labeled them as “friends”. If there was anything more going on, they would have not used that term, and would have called more attention to the fact that they were young women. If even the paps called them friends, that’s exactly what they were.
And since he got to LA in time for the Tap Project benefit on Saturday, he probably stayed in a hotel in town, because he was catching an early flight, and didn’t want to travel to his home outside of London after a late night, just to turn around and come right back to the city. That just makes sense.

There are many ways a woman or even a girl fan can get a guy to not use protection, and then wham they’ve got him.

He is doing exactly what HE wants, and I am happy for him.
He has all of the money that he will ever need, and will continue to get residuals for decades. He doesn’t have to work another day in his life. He is free to pick and chose the roles that interest him. He has had an amazing career, working with some of the best in the business on both sides of the camera. The new boys of the moment would kill to be in his position 5-6 years from now. For they will soon be replaced in the hearts of teenies with another bunch of ‘It’ boys. The true test will be if they have staying power and talent. Ridley Scott cast Orlando in one of his finest films (earning over 200 million at the box office). I haven’t seen Ridley offer Zac or Robert a starring role. Maybe he saw that Orlando is not just a flash in the pan like these boys may be.

Speaking of his doing small movies with great stories, he is currently in negotiations for Main Street. A movie with a sceenplay written by Horton Foote! You can’t get a story teller better than that! Orlando seems to have great taste in scripts. I hope that this comes through!

Amazing how Viggo Mortensen can have work lined up and an extensive amount of film work over the past couple of years, and not get papped for JJ even once in all that time while working. Orlando does SFD and gets papped just about every day. Odd how some actors get papped more than others.

Geee, maybe because Orlando was filming on a set in LA, with close street access that enabled paps to get the shots, and Viggo has been filming his box office bombs in more remote locals.

People don’t want o go see his movies, why would they want to see pap pics of him? A pap certainly won’t seek him out like they do Orlando. There just wouldn’t be any money in it.
As an example of the choices paps make, when Orlando and Miranda went to dinner, and to a club with Liv Tyler, the paps followed Orlando and ignored Liv. They knew that they could sell the pics of Orlando and Miranda before they could sell the pics of Liv. Supply and demand. No demand,why supply?
