Gwyneth Paltrow & Tamra Davis: Our Commonalities are Ridiculous
A solo Gwyneth Paltrow is seen out and about in Tribeca, New York City on Friday (March 20).
In her latest GOOP newsletter, the 36-year-old actress talked about how similar she is to pal Tamra Davis. Gwyn writes, “We are both mothers of two small children, in the film business, are passionate amateur cooks, have an obsession with Vegenaise, are married to musicians and have a similar food ethos. Like most of us ladies out there, we are also attempting to balance it all.”

she’s attempting to have it all? Really? whenever we see her she’s without her kids and without the husband. I think the nanny is attempting to have it all and gwynny and chris go off on their travels and partying with madge.
I wish she would stop with the center part. It makes her look like Jan Brady. She needs a better hair style.

She’s not a great beauty, but I don’t find her unattractive at all. I don’t understand why she gets so much media and blog coverage though. What is she doing to warrant this attention?
From the neck down, she looks great. From the neck up, not so good. This is what you get when you sacrifice your face for your ass, folks!
cute, but i have a feeling that unlike her lovely mum, Gwyneth is not going to get better as she ages. she should fine out what Blythe’s been doing. Gwynnie looks gaunt for only 36 and Blythe looks truly amazing for an older woman.
I cant believe she thinks she- and her friends- can be an inspiration to other women when she, indeed, certainly only has to think about cool food to cook from time to time when the rest is all taken care of … The ridiculous thing is those recipes for spoilt brats: well educated children eat most things and frankly, no one need shrek pasta when spaghetti bolognese ( carrots, tomatoes, beef and pasta, parmesan… frankly, even healthy if you cook it yourself with fresh ingredients…)
This is bullshit and I am glad though she has time to do meat that looks like a cow at home when she directs 60 people at work and probably gets home late when the kids are sleeping!
There are thousand of better blogs out there….

Stop hating on Gwyneth! She did nothing towards you guys. She looks great with out any makeup better than most of us! She looks great in her “everyday” clothes too! Why does everyone think that she is comitting murder by doing the website GOOP? It has some great tips about food clothes excercise… etc. You don’t have to subscribe to it so stop BITCHING about it… Take the advice or ignore it don’t call her a **** and a ***** and snobby for just doing some innocent e-mails!

Uh, when will she go away. She knows her acting career is over and so she has to do these little pet projects telling everyone how to live to keep her name attached to something. Or hang around with Madonna. She’s a has been who doesn’t deserve to be famous at all, she used her connections to make it and now coasts on that to get talked about. How she tricked everyone into giving her an Oscar for her mediocre acting skills is a joke already. She has always been really arrogant and shallow and bland bland bland. I remember she talked about how depressed she was once because she had to change yoga instructors. Are you f’ing kidding me? This girl lives in her own world where she thinks she is queen. She doesn’t know anything about being real and down to earth.
Is that Gwyneth Paltrow? Wow, she’s really changed! She could be twins with the blonde chick on The Real Housewives of New York — the one with the husband who everyone thinks is gay.
Gwyneth P. is trying to be the next Martha Stewart but I don’t think it’s going to work. She doesn’t have the experience or cred…yet. I read that she hired the same agency that was paid 40+ million to do Pepsi’s advertising to produce Goop, so it’s doubtful this is just a case of sharing a few e-mails. If so, she’d just start a blog and handle it herself.
Poor Brad, X and Gwyneth both stalking the streets of NY for him. No wonder he hasn’t come out of the hotel for the last week!
She’s old and tired looking. And the last person I need advice from is gwinnie. Just no to Goop.
Not too sure what Goop is all about, but I can tell you most moms handle almost everything-The day starts at 4 am and ends at 10pm if you’re lucky, midnight if you’re not and 1am if you you wanna play. You have three master calendars, no maid, no personal assistant, just a hard working spouse and part time gardener. You work a 9-5, run 2 businesses from home, attend karate and chess multiple weekdays, church twice a week if possible but definitely on Sundays;you help(do)with dastardly school projects, homework, read regular books and the Bible to your kids nightly at bedtime, make sure house is presentable, kids are mannerable, husband is serviced regularly, all while waiting for prozac to be marketed in an IV drip(sorry Tom Cruise-I live in the real world!)
So happy for you Gwynneth if you can handle it all, have it all, and run it all-But I can barely keep it together on somedays and on others I just don’t give a damn.
I saw her mother on a red carpet last week and she seems like a genuinely nice and warm person. Gwyneth, not so much. She couldn’t be more pretentious if she tried.
She needs some sun!
