Nicole Richie & Joel Madden: Psyched For UNICEF
Expectant mom Nicole Richie and her longtime love Joel Madden attend the Sony Cierge and The Richie-Madden Children’s Foundation Private Cocktail Event held at multimillion-dollar lounge MyHouse in Los Angeles on Monday (March 23).
The evening’s event supported UNICEF’s World Water Week through The Tap Project.
The Hills star Lauren Conrad sans actor boyfriend Kyle Howard came out to support the cause.
UPDATE: The event raised over $100,000 from a small group of friends and family in addition to raising funds to purchase 143 water pumps for those in need.

for #6 suz: Nicole was with Adam for nearly 4 years, than she was with Brody Jenner for only 3 month b/c she found out he just used her for fame and since than she´s with Joel…so she´s def not a *****! She was allways serious about her relationships and she hadn´t got many man (especialy compared to the rest of young Hollywood)
U probable mixed her up with Paris, Lindsay etc.!
At lest she does somthing good with her money!
She´s really involved in alot of charity stuff and spend not just her money but a lot of her time too!
That´s an great role model and some other Celebs should follow Nicole!
She seems to really care about others and has a good heart!

#15 - the “seriousness” of their relationship wasn’t the point, and its not so much an insult to her as a point made to jared for constantly referring to them as “longtime loves.” he’s said before, and its seeming a bit like a dig at her anyway. technically, they’ve been together two years, and a couple of months, but i get your point.
in any case, i think shes made a good change with her life and it would be nice if other celebs followed suit. i just wish she and madden would stop trying to publicize it. point taken already!

Before she get pregnant she almost got arrested for driving dunken and etc..and people were especulating that she got pregnant just to escape of the jail…!!!!!!!
AND years ago she was caught carrying a big amount of drugs in her car and she was almost arrested too..she always had drug issues and probably still has it
