OlderLauren Conrad Takes a Break
Lauren Conrad took to her blog tonight and tries to clear up some things regarding her fashion line:
“Hey everyone! So I wanted to take a moment to clear something up. A few days ago a statement was released to the showrooms that carry my clothing line. It asked them to let the stores know that I was planning to take a couple seasons off from my line so that I could make some changes that I felt were necessary. As a result, a lot of people were under the impression that my line was being discontinued or had been dropped. This isn’t the case at all. The truth is I was the one who asked to take a couple seasons off. I learned so much in the past year and I want to apply that to the improvement of my clothing line. I also wanted to make some changes in production so I would be able to lower the price point. That being said, I am actually really excited about beginning this process. I have spent the last couple weeks working on designs for spring, which is when I am planning to bring the (new and improved) line back. I also have some very exciting things going on that will be announced shortly. So stay tuned!”

yeah… she missed the part about no-one buying her clothes because they’re overpriced and average (at best) ‘designs’ that you find at any chain store

You said it meh… target-esche clothing with bloomingdales prices!!! Not to be a hater and all cuz if the prices were lower I probably would buy a piece… a one.

Her clothes were selling, now with the lower prices she will sell even more.

Oh Really Lauren? You make it sound so sweet. It was one thing if you were taking a break but you CANCELED ALL FUTURE deliveries you stupid *****. So we wrote March, April and May Orders with your TERRIBLE line only to have you CANCEL all production or orders already written. You suck and we will never write you line again you dumb *****!
No one wants to buy a half-way decent piece of clothing for a million dollars when they can just go down the street and get it somewhere else. It’s good that she’s lowering her prices.
