Suri Cruise Hears No Evil
Suri Cruise covers her ears as her mom, Katie Holmes takes her to Le Pain Quotidien restaurant for lunch in Los Angeles on Sunday (March 29).
The 2-year-old seemed a bit shy as the pair walked from the car to the restaurant.
Looks like Le Pain Quotidien is one of Katie and Suri’s favorite bakeries as of late! Check out their menu!

i really detest paparazzi, and do feel they take it too far.
first of all, i dont think there is anything wrong mentally with the child—i bet you would be intimidated by paps who are screaming things like …”SURI SURI look over here!! Hey Katie when are you getting divorced??” Katie are you and Tom in a fight??? Suri, have you gone to Scientology mtgs??!!”….
and on top of that, you would have all the loud clicking and flashing, with strangers totally invading your personal space trying to get that thousand-dollar shot. her covering her ears and hiding is a much better response to some other celebrities (adults) who swear and physically assault the paps.
Yes, fame does come with a price. That includes these bottom -feeding paps. But, you can’t expect the Cruise family to live in a cave and never go out and experience life. A mother-daughter lunch is perfectly normal and nothing should stop that from happening, especially these ruthless camera-clickers.
Katie has been taking Suri to this bakery for the past couple of weekends and Suri didn’t seem to be bothered by the paps. It appears that more and more paps have caught on to the fact that Katie&Suri go to that place every weekend and as a result Suri was more frightened than she was last weekend. I think it’s nice of katie to develop routines with her child: like taking her to the same bakery every Sunday after her art class. But the problem with celebrities having routines is that the paps catch on after a while. Hopefully, Katie will choose a different place next week or just stay home.
Lots of celebrities have children. Many of these celeb parents are more famous (or rather more current) than Tom and Katie. Why then, is there such a media frenzy surrounding Suri?

It would be very easy for Katie to keep Suri away from the limelight if she really wanted to, but she doesn’t.
Why is it that we see pictures of them almost everyday yet other celebrity children only occasionally???
She has the power not to put her child on show yet she chooses to do so, it’s weird and disturbing to subject your child to this knowing fully well how the paps will behave!!!
#55, Suri isn’t photographed everyday any more. It’s more like once a week. I see many more photos of Violet, Kingston, Honor etc.
I am not a Katie fan, but some of these comments are plain stupid!! “she did’nt act like that last time” -people act different all time!
She is only nearly 3, I would carry my kid too, it’s not as if their is only 1 pap, their would be heaps, shouting and carrying on! Also only a moron would say she is autistic by looking at photos. That said, their must be ways for KH to lessen the upset caused to Suri by the paps!
Suri does not like paps. She is hiding. I feel sorry for her.

Many people post angrily about the paps. They are scum, pathetic, low-lives, etc. The same people coo over adorable pics of a little girl in dresses and her loving and stylish mom stating they are, “Patriots” or “the only Hollywood family I respect” etc. Would we be able to form these opinions without the pics posted by the hated papparazzi? You hate and condemn the paps for making a little girl cower and cry. I can understand that. Yet, you STILL look at the pictures and post about them. If you truly loathe the attention and/or speculation heaped upon the Cruise family or any celeb family, why not boycott the websites and magazines that encourage such voyerism into their lives?

Suri seems like she is so unhappy in every pix of her the last couple of months. She does not like paps or crowds, poor little one, and is always hiding her face, the only little celebrity child around her age who is always doing so. Does Katie not ever look at her child and see how miserable she appears to be. I feel sorry for this child.

“The paps take great pics of Suri” says hasbeen Tiny Tom! And fyi, Suri’s not holding her ears from the paps, Suri’s holding her ears from her mother’s horrid “soothing” voice/singing. Furthermore, a mother who dosen’t put her child’s well being first is a poor excuse of a mother. The constant Cruises’ circus pimping is hurting their spawn.

If you know that your child was allergic to peanuts……would you give them peanuts.

There is NO reason to put this child out amongst screaming people when it obviously horrifies her. They have no need to go to these trendy eateries. You can actually eat at home ……..but, no pimping can occur if you aren’t “seen.” What a sorry excuse for a mother to put your chilld in a position that she hates and scares her just so you can be seen. shameful.
