She spends time with Courtney’s family.. but what about her father. I read that he had heart problems and she did not spend much time with him.

I did see family shots of her when she and Brad were together. But Brad is family orientated. so he must have been the reason. I just don’t understand why she never sees them over the holidays. no i did not repost my comments on those other sites. this site is the only site i ever visit. and i only visit to escape from reality from time to time. i guess i just read all of these comments and couldn’t believe how strongly people felt either about jen or about brad/angie. it’s a sign of how much our world is obsessed with hollywood and entertainers. i think it’s sad. there are so many other things to be obssessed with and angry about. it sounds cheesy, but i just wish we lived in a time where people cared more about doing good, being nice to one another, helping others, etc. than caring so much about people they don’t even know. we put entertainers, sports figures, etc on pedestals and i just don’t understand why.

Brad dumping Jenho was the best move , he could have made. Now he has a beautiful partner and 6 beautiful kids, he is working and happy.

They broke up in late 2004 for good. Brad was staying with David Fincher, in his Los Feliz home, and in hotels while they worked the split details out. Jen said herself the marriage was over in the summer of 2004. Are you calling Jen a liar? She knew but she is too concerned wiht the public’s perception to tell the truth as she should have and all this crap 4 plus years later would not be happening.

Jen stopped wearing her wedding rings in late 2004, and there are pixs of that. The last straw occurred in London the day before Brad’s birthday, he had flown in that day as Jen was filming in London, they had a last discussion, Brad flew home ALONE and was in LA by himself for his birthday on 12/18 2004. The last island vacation in early Jan 2005 was for Jen to save face, Brad is not a mean guy, but for him and her both the marriage was over. Brad made the announcement over Jen’s objections as she wanted to wait but he said this charade is over, they travelled back to LA and that was that. Brad had already told his family, he hated to let this parents down as they have been long married, but there was no love left in the marriage. Jen had agreed to file for the divorce in Jan 2005, she dragged her feet and used PR as if Brad was coming back, she lied. Brad finally said I will file if you do not, so Jen filed in late March 2005.

Jen was well aware of Brad’s feelings for Angelina because he told her and she told her friends. Again reread Jen’s castic VF 2005 interview in which she refused to acept equal blame for the marriage failure. All who know Jen know she is a sweet person who cannot and willnot accept any change in her life, she is adverse to anything new, she is career driven, and she is a control freak about many things who has a routine and does not deviate from that. Brad is much more easy going than Jen, he cared for her, but he loves change and travel and no set routine amd meeting people and getting involved in things he believes in and his career was not all consuming to him like Jen’s is (fate is funny, Brad’s career is redhot since he and Angelina got together, Jen’s is soso). Brad also began to very vocally want kids more and more as he got older, a lot of kids, and Jen did not. They were headed in 2 polar opposite directions in life. Brad and Angelina were not involved before the separation but Brad was determined and they did become a pair around the time the divorce was filed. Angelina held back out of major concerns with Brad’s maritial staus and the effect of letting Brad in her life on Maddox, she is a great mother and truly, like Brad loves their kids. But as I said Brad was determined. He took Angelina and Maddox with him to see the Malibu home before he bought it. He asked a lot of her and she of him and so far they are a rock solid unit. Their relationship was cemented on their trip to Kenya in April 2005. Brad’s family has always been nice to Angelina and the kids from the time Brad first brought them to MO after Zahara was adopted, by then the four had formed a family. They are all really tight now, the MO folks and the Jolie-Pitts, Angelina really loves Brad’s family and they her, and those SIX kids are treasured by all. All has not been wine and roses and lovie dovie, these are 2 strong minded people who know who they are and what they want, but they have mastered the fine art of compromise, and the love and passion and trust between them is off the chain. They really bring out the best in each other. It is kind of funny to see how Angelina leans on Brad, her rep being she is so “I am a woman, hear me roar, she is really a sweet snuggly and cuddley type person to both Brad and the kids, and he is Mr. Protective man to Angelina and the kids, so sweet to see. By the way Angelina is in touch with JV from time to time.
