Zac Efron: ShoWest? ShoSexy!
Zac Efron shows off his shiny new statue — the Breakthrough Performer of the Year Award — at the ShoWest awards ceremony at the Paris Las Vegas on Thursday (April 2) in Las Vegas, Nevada.
At the event, the 21-year-old actor told EW why he turned down the role of Ren McCormack in Footloose. He shared, “I’m sure Footloose would have been a huge challenge but the actors that I love and the actors that work really hard in this industry are always shaking things up, trying new genres, acquiring new skill sets. That’s what’s always going to appeal to me: the unknown.”

so….just because someone remains anonymous, they are definitely not credible? i seems to remember a certain source named “deep throat” who successfully brought down richard nixon.
i’m not saying we should blindly believe every source out there who sounds knowledgeable but to wholeheartedly discount anyone’s claims because they are anonymous is tipping the scale too much in the other direction.

I’ve never heard that PR people record conversations, but I think it’s very possible they do. With the tabloids and slanderous publications out there, it makes sense for them to have concrete evidence of situations. I’m sure it makes good legal sense for them to do so.
oh please. the ones ******* with Zac aren’t Vanessa fans. They just like to act as if they are one. I’ve seen them before and they’re definitely fans of someone else, who’s trying to sing a different tune. That’s why just a month or two ago when the rodden all of a sudden complimented Vanessa, the board went in chaos wondering why. …now you know why.
You know who and what I find the most insane??? People who have suddenly shown up here lately with names like people, Yes and various other things we have never seen before but all of whom are DESPERATELY trying to make two young performers look bad, trying to start rumors, and who are trying just as hard to cast doubts on the logical people who have been around here for a very long time. Why is it so crucial for you to do this? Why is it so important for you to make one or the other or both of these young people to look trashy in some way?
It is very hard to argue with what is logical and common sense. It’s kind of like an airtight alibi and some of you the more that is presented the more upset you get and the more you are fighting it lately. What, are you people who are in some unsavory profession like those who write for gossip magazines and you know you need to break the people who make sense before you can get away with your cr*p that you call news? Actually that’s how you appear. You seem to only cast dispersions on those who can cut to the chase and show why some of the rumors and gossip are foolish. Well, if you don’t like it, go find someone other celebrity to pick on. The hotter Zac and/or Vanessa get the more you people seem to be coming out of the woodwork since you are desperate to say something “sensational about them. Well, their true fans aren’t going anywhere. No matter what has happened to Michael Jackson over all these years there are MANY fans who have been around all those years who are not budging no matter what you write about him either. So, just get ready to battle these two kids’ fans for a very long time.
People just like to walk around the fact that Zac is’nt perfect and that he does’nt deserve to be with Vanessa ..sorry but it’s true.Most of you would’nt even care if he hurt Vanesssa you just don’t want any ‘bad rumors’ to be spread about your precious Zac , cause guess what he’ll always be the star. But hell with Vanessa she’s just the little push over that Zac can f uck when he does’nt have one of his many booty calls.
I don’t blog very often because Karen, Go Sox,Gracemarie,Ayen and
the other loyal fans usually say it better than I can. I truly believe For
Real is the real deal and it’s sad that they have to comment on this crap. I also believe that there is a wave of people that are claiming to
be Vanessa fans with the alterior motives to break up the couple.

and break up with Zac? Are they so delusional to think they have a chance with Zac? I guess as fans we just have to wait out these

what the future holds for Zac and Vanessa , as a romantic I hope they

Hey Karen do you actually read the posts? When the hell did I make Zac or Vanessa look bad? You guys do a good job of that yourself by believing people like For Real. Hey ayen, aren’t you a part of TH? Don’t you people actually have some contact with Vanessa’s people. And yet with real connections are you still just like all these here also under For Real’s spell? What about Naomi? because she seems to pay no mind to For Real.
You guys can try to be as logical as you want. If you want to defend Zac & Vanesa from haters or whatever the hell the rat is go ahead. WHATEVER but you take away from every logical thing you say by following that poster FR. You have no idea who For Real is. It’s already obvious they have gone far beyond just keeping the faith of Zac and Vanessa’s relationship. They claim to know them, they claim to know who Zac’s past relationships were, they claim to actually have INSIDE information on how Zac and his team operate. Okay JJ would have more knowledge on that aspect. Why not pose that ? to him. Has he been recorded by Zac’s PR each time he talked to them? So that lunch Zac has with Danielle P, did Zac’s PR pop in and have that conversation with her recorded too? without her knowing? No one who is actually close to Zac or Vanessa would reveal any such information like this and definitely not on a celeb blog to this assortment of fans, children, haters and role players.
I’m done following this place for anything other than the news. It’s clear this is a place filled with fools. It’s a good thing there are still a number of fans out there who don’t need “For Real” to continue being fans or to continue believing they are together.

What I do claim to know is how the industry works and I’m honest enough to say it is not my firsthand knowledge but my husbands.

There is nobody that has ever said Zac was perfect. And you betray yourself considering how condescending you are in regards to Vanessa. Vanessa has never come across as some little shrinking violet that doesn’t have any backbone or voice of her own. I seriously doubt this is a young woman who would give anyone the chance to f**k her as you put it in any way if she didn’t give the OK and know all the circumstances involved in such an activity. I have no doubt she know Zac better than everyone on this board put together and that includes you. I’m also sure she has enough self respect and self confidence to kick Zac to the curb and find someone else if she had any inkling he was a smidgen as bad as you imply.
Zac fans not wanting bad rumors to be spread? Well, you are off there too. What we don’t want and will not have are FALSE rumors being spread and since there are no legitimate pieces of evidence that any of this craziness about other girls is true then the logical minded will be speaking out. The next twenty posters can give all the innuendos they want about other girls but it won’t change the facts and it won’t give anymore credibility to the rumors. IF this guy had done a fraction of the things that you and a few others—and I mean very few since so many posts are being made by the same person in this vein—-claim he had done then we would have at least one tiny bit of proof but we don’t and that should tell you something. SO, sorry you and yours are still looking not raking in the points very quickly.
Wow YES! don’t get your panties in a wad over something you have no control over. If people want to believe For Real, they can and will. There’s nothing you can do about it. Those that chose not to believe him - it’s their perogative. He’s not begging anyone to believe him or not. Actually, I DO read every comment but you apparently do not. IF you did you would know I have cautioned people in the past about putting all their confidence in For Real. I find no fault in For Real bu there have been a couple posts that were suppose to be from FR that I questioned was the same person who had done other posts. So, no, I am not gullible.

After reading the synopsis of Sucker Punch did you think it would be rated anything other than an R? I don’t find that shocking at all. I’m sure there will be a lot of strong language in it as well as violence. These girls are not going to be trained for fight scenes for nothing.

People can believe what they want, whether it’s For Real’s posts or some trash written in the National Enquirer. It’s their choice. In MY mind, For Real has never really posted anything that real fans didn’t already believe. That poster has never changed my mind, “calmed” me down, or anything like that. Real fans never get caught up in baseless lies or rumors. But some people choose to listen to For Real, and that’s fine. Why do you people need to ridicule what others believe? You have every right to think For Real is a fake, but others have every right to believe if they choose.
Some people just put blinkers on and believe what they want to believe. As been said before how many times has Angie and Brad broken up and this goes the same for Zac and Vanessa. If we were to believe everything that is reported it will be like watching a soap opera.
All I am asking is that you be the rational judge and discern for yourself what is the truth and what is not. If any of you has followed the career of Zac from the beginning, I’m certain you would have had a very good idea of his personality. We should not need someone like For Real to come in and dispute the tabloids and rumours but unfortunately some gullible and insecure souls do.

I’m liking all the interviews Zac is doing for 17 Again. He has a great sense of humor and is handling all the . . . well, strange questions they throw at him. He comes across as a true professional. Bless him.
