I think the pr team is doing damage control on Mayer the will make him stop this in some way. Jen’s pr team have control this train wreak every step of the way. Most of it has been handled horribly. Jen can’t seem to live her life without her pr team and that’s very sad.

Thats what I see the lyrics were about. Jen NEVER talked about her PARTNER John Mayer in her interviess. NEVER! She NEVER talked about him, which is rather funny, because if she were truly in love, she couldn’t help gushing about him. Rather like she couldn’t help gushing about her EX, Brad. Yet never even mentioned Mayer, it was as if she hadn’t even heard of him! Let alone was in a relationship with him. Every time Jen declared her undying love for Brad or how3 ‘proud’ she was of Brad, or how Brad this, and Brad that, she was twisting the KNIFE into Mayer’s back, and his heart. He obviously put up with it for a while and pretended it didn’t hurt, but lets face it. There is only so much a person can put up with, when their significant other is constantly talking about their ex. Thats what I see the lyric about. He felt betrayed and hurt by Jennifer. Jennifer hurt and betrayed Brad, and she keeps on doing it, with Mayer. Clearly, this woman cannot get over Brad, and she just hurts her new ‘boyfriends’ in the process. As I woman I can tell you I could not stand listening to my boyfriend go on and on and on about his ex girlfriend all the time, even if it were in interviews and not in front of me. I dare say none of you women reading this would put up with it, either. I feel sorry for Mayer, because she obviously really hurt him. He deserves so much better than her, and hopefully he has come to that conclusion.

I have to agree with Guy, I was told by a friend about this conversation going on because of a project we’re working on for school. So, I’m quite shocked that people who apparently read all the celebrity forums and are obsessed with celebrities think that they know them well just because you read about them. Oh gosh, sometimes I don’t even know if I know my family or best friends that well. I think people should be objective and think that celebrities have a heart, mind and things that happen behind closed doors that paparazzi or celebrity journalists never know about.
You only know what’s available to you. The information you find online or in magazines is not EVERYTHING about them. Also, you cannot judge a person by reading their interviews. Most of these are scripted, edited and only what the celebrity wants published will be published. Now, some celebrities are rather careless about what they say during interviews, and I’m talking about Jennifer Aniston here, I think she doesn’t think through what she wants to say and most of the time she comes out wrong. I think more than an idiot, just impulsive. On the other hand, Angelina is very careful with everything she says, because she knows she’s a woman many people look up to for her art and for her humanitarian work. She used to not being careful, but she’s grown a lot in the past few years.
