Carrie Underwood also hits the red carpet in a one-shoulder dress at the 2009 Academy Of Country Music Awards held at the MGM Grand on Sunday (April 5) in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The 26-year-old American Idol champ is up against Brad Paisley, Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban and George Strait for the night’s top honors, entertainer of the year (a fan-voted category this year).
During rehearsals, Carrie posed with fellow country music princess, Taylor Swift.

Carrie Underwood is a very beautiful young woman with a voice of an angel. Great job on the ACM’s for top female vocalist and entertainer of the year. You are truly amazing! Keep up the great work.
your right gigi, she has NO personality!!! She is gorgeous and she can sing her ass off, but I have catered several parties that she has attended and preformed at…It takes a lot to bore a person that is serving you, but she did!! I love idol and really want to like her but she lacks and sort of personality!!!!!
