Lauren Conrad & Kyle Howard: Beach Bums

The Hills hottie Lauren Conrad and her boyfriend, My Boys actor Kyle Howard, soak in the beach sun on Saturday (April 4) in Malibu, Calif.

Lauren, 23, and Kyle, 30, were seen smooching and cuddling in between paddle sessions in the water.

All those hours at the gym have paid off–Lauren’s bikini bod looks bangin’!

The Hills returns with its final season TOMORROW, April 6 @ 10PM ET/PT on MTV.

“I actually thought last season was going to be my last,” Lauren previously told EW. “[But] the producers wanted to hopefully give the show some sort of closure and needed one more season.”

she needs to do some weight training. She’s not “fat” - but she’s not in great shape, either.
she probably eats well, but does no weight lifting in her workout.
That is what i’d suggest and I work at Equinox……..

She looks great! Perfect healthy body. No plastic surgery. Just a normal figure. It’s great to see curves on a woman instead of the stick bodies coming out of the preasures of Hollywood.
She looks happy with her boyfriend, that’s what’s important…..not his shorts. Geez, give them a break.

her body is fine.. not amazing, not fat. but WHYYYY do girls with slightly saggy titties wear bandu tops??? offers no support and just makes the rack look less attractive.. lauren has a terrible case of small saggers.. if theyre big and real.. gravity is a ***** .. not much you can do.. but small and saggy?? WTF???
