OlderVanessa Hudgens Has Court Complications
Vanessa Hudgens dons a pair of J Brand “912” pencil leg jeans in dark vintage as she heads to an important legal meeting at a Los Angeles office building on Wednesday afternoon (April 8).
The 20-year-old HSM star kept texting on her phone (Zac?) and checking her messages as she held onto her JJ Winters Suede Zip bag.
V is dealing with a lawsuit where her former manager Johnny Vieira, is accusing her and her father of backing out of a deal made when she was a minor. The lawsuit is for $5 million.
Earlier this month, the judge threw out all but one of Vieira’s claims, meaning he can only pursue the accusation of breach of settlement agreement if and when the case goes to trial next month.

Nessa is a very strong willed young woman and she’ll be just fine and yes she DOES have the money to pay this idiot moron IF she had to but I know she’s going to come out the winner in this case because after talking to her after this all first happened this guy didn’t even get her the HSM audition and the only reason he’s brought this up now is because she HAS made it so big in her career and he wants a piece of the pie,so in hers,mine,zac’s, her family’s and Zac’s family this jerk doesn’t deserve a dime!! I haven’t talk to her in a few days but her being in NYC you can bet she went there to spend Easter with Zac and just have some time with him after working on her film.They ALWAYS support each other thru good and bad. Zac is her rock,her everything and she’s his..He’s the shoulder she always leans on when she needs one and he’ll always be there for her especially now,that I know because he’s told me he’ll always be there for her no matter what!!! He is such a wonderful awesome guy.

I have Known and Worked with Mr. Vieira, and i Can Honestly say that I would Stand Next to his Artists who are Victims similar to the case he has against Ms. Hudgens. Everything Mr. Hudgens stated is true!. Mr. Johnny Vieira is a Fake, a Fraud, and Most Unprofessional Producer that i have Ever met!
He preys for UnSigned Girls who are in need of a Record deal, and he Signs them according to Their Looks More than their Talent.. Like Johnny said Himself!

He will Sign U, then Keep U on Hold until U either are No Longer Good to get signed or He Plans to Screw U over at the end if U Become Successful like in Ms. Hudgens’ case… He WAITED all this Long time until she Finished HSM3 bcuz He Knew she was Going to Bank in More! and He Also is Publicly Using this as a Publicity Stunt to Promote His “TV show” that is in the works..
