The little brown spot on his right eye is an ocular freckle, something that is very common and means absolutely nothing more than any other kind of birthmark. It is not from an injury and has no other medical, psychological, or other meaning. It’s just a freckle. I know other people with them, they are not uncommon at all. I think Gerry’s just makes him cuter.
