OlderZac Efron Recommends Rock Of Ages
Zac Efron and former American Idol contestant Constantine Maroulis flash shaka signs as they pose backstage at the hit Broadway musical Rock of Ages at New York City’s Brooks Atkinson Theatre on Monday (April 13). The 21-year-old actor attended the show with his father David and young brother Dylan, who looks way taller than Zac!
Last week, I had the opportunity to watch Rock of Ages and Constantine was perfect for the part of eighties-era rocker Drew. Mitchell Jarvis (pictured below with the mustache) was hilarious as the narrator for the interaction with the audience but best of all was Wesley Taylor, who played the hilariously flouncy Franz.

Zac’s dad is the one coming out of the hotel behind his brother Dylan. It was reported that Dylan plays football at school, so, he could very well be taller than Zac…who knows…but at the Espy awards, they were similar in height…I think Zac is 5′9 but then again, Taylor Swift is 5″11 and she had on heels and was towering over Zac…so, Zac could be 5′9/5′10, and his brother could be same or taller in height…
no it’s not a shaka sign. more of a “rock out” sign nowadays–the index and pinky finger extended.
Now that would be a hot twosome! I’d love to watch them going at it….

I don’t quite think that is a considered a “shaka sign”…..just looks like a couple of psers wanting to look hard and flash the good ‘ol “punk rock” sign….yeah Zac…not really.
Sorry, JJ. That is NOT a shaka sign. As others have said here, it’s more of a “rock on” sign. The shaka sign has the thumb & pinky sticking out NOT the index and pinky.

Dylan is way taller than Zac and has a better body.. he looks more masculine as well…david efron looks like a bohemian guy and looks more like dylan…David and Dylan are about 5′11 and they both tower over Zac who is only 5′9…
Dylan does look like Matthew Perry. I didn’t notice that until someone mentioned it.
