Chloe Sevigny Rocks Socks & Sandals
Actress Chloe Sevigny pairs her socks with sandals while enjoying a few musical performances at Coachella Music Festival on Friday (April 17) in Indio, Calif.
The socks-and-sandals combination is such an eye sore, even UrbanDictionary has a definition for it: “A footwear combination worn only by the fashion-challenged.”
Chloe, 34, currently plays Nicki Grant, a woman married to a polygamist on the HBO series Big Love.

I think she’s trying to make a fashion statement, not to mention that the socks & sandle combo is in fashion (depending on where you live). She’s got great taste.
