Ellen Pompeo is Pregnant!!!!!

Ellen Pompeo and her husband, Chris Ivery, are expecting their first child, confirms JustJared.com.

“It’s great news,” her rep Jennifer Allen first told People. “They’re ecstatic.”

The 39-year-old Grey’s Anatomy actress first met the 41-year-old music producer at a grocery store in 2003 and began dating six months later. The couple was married at New York’s City Hall in November 2007. Mayor Michael Bloomberg even served as their witness!

Congrats to the happy couple!!!

#11 - It is not really that risky? Do you know how many people have babies at this age and older nowadays?

Yay! I’m really happy for her :)

I just hope they don’t work the pregnancy into Grey’s storyline. No matter which way I look at it, I can’t see it turning out well for Derek & Mer’s relationship.
