Ashley Tisdale & Scott Speer: Make-out Madness!
Ashley Tisdale was seen making out with her new boyfriend, music video director Scott Speer, while waiting in his car at a stoplight at 1AM in Los Angeles on Tuesday (April 21).
The 23-year-old singer/actress didn’t know she was being taped but when she noticed the videographer, Ashley turned bright red and hid her face in Scott’s shoulder. How cute!
Earlier in the evening, The Tizz attended the premiere party for Justin Timberlake’s The Phone at MyHouse.

I think its so cute and if ashley wants to make-out with her boyfriend then she can plus its like if that were miley cyrus the world would go beserk. I do agree with some of you that scott does look older and more mature but if ashley finds him attractive and he appericates her and not moving too fast then leave her alone. Ashley is a grown ass women who can make her own descions. Im glad that she and Jared broke up because everytime they were together they never really looked like they were in love and i really don’t think he has a car even though he has a group and because every video i’ve seen or picture together they were always in her car and she was always driving where ever they were going. It might be just me, but why is Scott Speer smiling? Would it be normal to be mad for invasion of privacy? When I saw this, in some way I am thinking he is using her. I care for Ashley and don’t want to see her hurt.
