Jonathan Rhys Meyers smiles wide at the premiere of The Soloist on Monday (April 20) in Los Angeles.
The 31-year-old Tudors star recently talked about his character’s leg injury but that, “it doesn’t seem to have affected his sexual prowess,” he observed. “Of course, Henry wasn’t as sexed up as the show is. But we’re not selling it to a 16th-century audience.”
“Doing the erotic stuff, it is what it is,” Jonathan told the Canadian Press. “But it’s not really where you get the best of your acting. I have a girlfriend, these girls have boyfriends. So where’s the respectful line in doing a sex scene if you really want to do a good one?”

The first time i really noticed JRM was on August Rush and i fell in love with him. Every time i see a picture of him my heart just melts, i love those eyes, those lips and that smile (that sucks that he has a GF). He is such a good actor i cant wait to see him in more films.

there are so many actors who walk the red carpet… they look sort of strange and plastified…is it all the lights and flashes that dehydrates their skin so they need to put cling wrap on their features…stardom seems like observing beings from another planet…then there is what they do during an average ly beautiful day where they almost seem human…why do girls call him (JRM or other famous blokes) their imaginary husband)?… How deficient. Then again so am I…Perhaps I should shower my boyfriend with a s much attention as I have these goss pages, which it all just is…He deserves star treatment.
Jonathan is certainly cute, but he’s always taken, which is boring.
