Brad Pitt is a New NY Pilot
Brad Pitt inspects an airplane as part of his training to be a pilot on Wednesday (April 22) in New York.
The 45-year-old actor was also spotted with his partner Angelina and their daughters, Zahara and Shiloh, at Stop & Shop in New York this past weekend.
Angelina has reportedly signed on to portray crime novelist Patricia Cornwell’s heroine Dr. Kay Scarpetta in a forthcoming movie, EW reports. The film will not be a direct adaptation of a particular novel in the 16-book series, but may combine elements from multiple books.

Hi Frenchy, Indeed indeed! This winter in NYC never seems to end… was getting depressed! Finally it’s decent although still a bit chilly. I took my son to the kindergarten this morning and we were still wearing quite a thick coats… where is Spring? :)

I’d like to inform some stupid idiot that is badly informed before giving breath to your stupid mouth that there are various grades for the pilot licenses. You practically never finish. You can go on for years and the more hours you fly the more points you gain for future licenses. Shut your mouths at least on the things you don’t know a F*** about. Do me a favour at least in these occasions!!! Speak about hairstyles or shoes and cocktails!!!! The hours you fly determine the grade idiots.
Grade - determines the kinds of flying a pilot can do
Student Pilot - local solo training flights without passengers
Recreational Pilot - local uncontrolled day flights 1 passenger
Private Pilot - flights worldwide with passengers, non-profit
Commercial Pilot - paid flying allowed, can be airline copilot
Airline Transport Pilot - paid flights, can be airline captain
Ratings - what aircraft a pilot can fly and how - VFR or IFR
Category - Airplane, Glider, Rotorcraft, Lighter Than Air…
Class - eg Airplane Single or Multi Engine Land/Sea
Type - needed for each turbojet or heavier than 12,500 lbs
Instrument - separate for each Class and Type Rating
Limitations - what operations are prohibited

Holy crap. I guess I just wasn’t expecting it to be that long. I was thinking more like 2 hours 15 minutes. Well…the runtime will definitely limit its earing potential…especially since there aren’t any superheroes in it…
Remember yesterday when I said that Patricia Cornwell had been involved in some scandal about 8 years ago where she had an affair with the wife of some government official in Virginia with some hinky goings on? Well…I was at the EW link about Angie’s being cast as Scarpetta that Jared has at the top of the page. I started reading the comments - got disgusted by the fact that the Fanistons and Angie haters have to jump on every thread on the web that mentions Angie’s name…almost stopped reading…and then saw this post about why Jodie Foster dropped the project years ago…

Well since tons of people are throwing out the objections to Jolie and voicing their preference for Jodie Foster, I’d thought I’d throw this out.

Foster was initially interested in playing this role, and in fact did meet with Cornwell. Apparently Foster was always Cornwell’s first choice. I won’t repeat the particulars, but suffice to say that Foster decided against doing it, because she didn’t care for Cornwell - who’s kind of an oddball and had a weird life I guess?– anyway, so after their meeting, Foster ended up with severe, unwanted attention from Cornwell and as a result, Foster had to obtain a restraining order against the author. Weird right?
Mrs. Pitts new role is awsome.Brads a really cool Daddy,with the necklace,the girls (maybe) made for him.
