Jennifer Lopez Is Motivated In The Morning
Jennifer Lopez appears on Good Morning America and Regis & Kelly on Wednesday (April 22) in New Yorrk City.
The 39-year-old singer/actress spoke about being in shape and keeping her babies healthy. “Your body becomes sort of this temple for the babies,”Jen told GMA. “I needed to do it [the triathalon] to feel like Jennifer again. It was really great for me physically, emotionally, mentally. It got me thinking about achieving again, doing again.”
Jen is also raising awareness about pertussis, the potentially fatal disease better known as whooping cough. Find out more about the vaccine here.

She looks great, she took a lot of time off with her babies. I give her a lot of credit. Unlike some actresses who claim they are not going to work for awhile and than you see them on set two months later. I love that she doesn’t parade her kids on a daily basis. She always does things on her terms. When she wants the fans to see the babies she shows them to them on stage. Jlo has been around for a long long time, I think she still has a lot more to do. It’s great that all the celebrties are getting into different causes, she’s been working with children for a very long time even before she had her babies…kudos for her. She is looking fierce. She can rock those high heels she and Gwen Stephani have always wore the highest of heels , now everyone is doing it.
The woman looks georgeous, go Jlo. She is rocking the mini and she is working the shoes, work it girl. Jlo is back and looks better than ever, the haters must be hatin right now. I bet she can twirl and dance a mean salsa in those shoes, or a tango lol.
