With the passing of Estelle Getty, now we’re left with Blanche & Rose. My heart is broken. “Golden Girls” rock! Thanks for being a friend!
Will always be the prom queen! Rest in peace, Dorothy.
She made me laugh. She was a great actress and a terrific comedienne. Thanks for the laughter, Bea.

Even though she lived a long & wonderful life, her passing is indeed a shock to me & saddens me greatly. I’ve been a fan of hers from her “Maude” days to the “Golden Girls”… No matter what, I always knew if I watched her perform, I was guaranteed to laugh out loud.

My sincere condolences to her family & friends over her loss; she will be missed.
I actually cried when I found out. She wrote me back after I wrote her a letter and I’ll cherish it always. I feel like I lost a friend…

She made the Golden Girls what the Golden Girls was. I have every single Golden Girls DVD, one of my fave TV shows. I am so sad that she died.
