Brad Pitt Visits Niagara Falls

LEGENDS OF THE FALL

Brad Pitt took sons Maddox, 7, and Pax, 5, and his parents, Bill and Jane Pitt, for a bit of sight-seeing at Niagara Falls on Saturday (April 25).

The Pitts all wore bright blue ponchos as they took in the sights and rode on the world-famous Maid of the Mist steamboat. More info about tourist Brad at BuffaloNews.com.

Earlier in the day, Brad, his parents, and the boys picked up breakfast at Dunkin’ Donuts.

That article said that Mickey was denied a visa into the U.S. so maybe that was during the Chicago part of the Wanted shoot.

Actually Mickey has been denied from U.S for years now. I can’t remember whether it was in 2003 or 2004. He can come to U.S but only for few days. He needs to leave after those days are up. That’s why i never believed that tell all book. I knew he has never guarded Angie in U.S in all these years.

If Mickey wasn’t in the video and hasn’t been in the U.S. since 2003 or 2004 - then it simply underscores what I said about the Daily Mail/OuttaTouch story months ago. Two of the claims were that Mickey saw Brad & Angie having sex in her trailer on the M&MS set; and that Mickey covered up for Angie on a ton of occasions when she was meeting lovers in hotel rooms behind Brad’s back while Brad was shooting O13 and CCOBB. I said at the time it was bullshit because Mickey wasn’t working for Angie or even in the U.S. during ANY of that time. Every since the two of them got together - when they’re in the U.S. it’s been Brad’s security people. When Angie made M&MS she didn’t even have a full-time bodyguard in the U.S. When she needed one for occasions she hired one temporarily or if she was doing promotional work for her films then the studios provided one. BUT…don’t tell Ms. IUC…wouldn’t want her to burst an aneurysm, would we?

Perhaps the girls aren’t there becuase they as parents feel the girls are too young to really enjoy it. I have been to Niagra Falls and I understand why you might want to leave 3 and 4 year olds at home.

Quentin Tarantino’s new movie ‘Inglourious ********’ and Ang Lee’s ‘Taking Woodstock’ are among the nominees for the Cannes Film Festival’s prestigious Palme d’Or award.

Tarantino’s World War II drama, starring Brad Pitt, tells the story of a group of Jewish-American soldiers fighting in Nazi-occupied France.

It will go up against 19 other pictures at the French festival, which runs between May 13 and 24.

Other movies to reach the coveted shortlist include Lee’s ‘Taking Woodstock’, set during the legendary 1969 US music festival, and Ken Loach’s ‘Looking for Eric’, starring retired French soccer star Eric Cantona.

Tarantino won the Palme d’Or in 1994 with his second film ‘Pulp Fiction’, while Loach was handed the prize in 2006 with ‘The Wind That Shakes the Barley’.

I’ve been on Maid of the Mist, there is a height requirement, the small kids like Z and Shiloh would be too small (the boat rocks and it sprays as you go under the falls), so enough with the people saying they should have brought those two. Ha, ha, so cute, even Brad Pitt looks goofy in that fugly raincoat, just like the rest of us, adorable man with his sons.

I’ve never been on Maid of The Mist ride but I think Shiloh would be too young to go at less than 3 and I doubt Zahara would want to go with just the boys because she would want her best friend with her. I’m sure the girls are having fun with Mommy and the babies!!

I have to confess something . . . I went over to that Ian IUC site to see what was going on. I was curious since I had heard that name a few times. It is truly awful, full of lies and made up stories about Angelina, Brad and even Jen. I read a few posts and posted a few times but I quickly decided I couldn’t stand it anymore. Female First is still the worse of those hate sites but IUC is pretty darn close. How can people be so full of hate towards people they don’t even know. I’m ashamed I even went there. It won’t happen again, for sure!!

Anyway, thanks JJ for the new pictures. It’s nice to see the Grands out with the boys. Hope they had fun in spite of the people who managed to take a few pictures of them. Looks like most people had no idea they were there.

It’s been reported that Hollywood studios do not want to insure or invest in Aniston film projects.

Word is that most of the big studios do not want the ‘drama’ and false revenue created by a star that only generates box-office from tabloid sympathizers who pity and associate her with the unfortunate disintegration of her marriage to Brad Pitt, and the revolving-door circus that appears to be her present love-life.

Another stumbling block is that Aniston film projects seem to echo her personal life (Friends with Money, The Break-up, Derailed, He’s Just Not That Into You…and her upcoming film “The Baster”) , and the characters are too monotonus to generate sustained interest or critical acclaim in the coming years.

Studio producers don’t see 40 year old Aniston as someone who is able to reinvent herself based on recent projects which all qualify as ‘fluff pieces’. While Ms. Aniston has earned rave reviews for her fabulous figure, and youthful appearance, her inability to change hairstyles or persona since her hit show FRIENDS has posed a real problem with respect to her ability to shed the ‘Rachel’ character created in the 90’s.

Contrast that with Pitt’s current lady love and you see a plethora of roles in the past year alone where Ms. Jolie has distinguished herself as a versitile actress. This bodes well for the two-time Lara Croft, who is only 33 years old, and who apparently has a lot of years to delve into whatever projects interests her and the film-going public.

Though Jolie is on the cover of tabloids just as much, if not more, than Aniston, the Academy winning actress seems to have the ability to capture and hold the publics interest as well as respect. Jolie has also maintained an apparently stable and family-focused union with Actor/Producer and long-time love, Brad Pitt. Conversely, Ms. Aniston appears to have a new ‘dance-partner’ every year.

I guess Ms. Aniston better step it up before other actresses steal whatever thunder she may have left in the coming years.

in my city just recently they showed Changeling, it lasted several weeks in cinemas!
I am waiting to see the Tarantino movie, though.

Good that they get to have outings like these. They cannot keep themselve locked away just to keep paps and the henny rumours away.

No, Passing Through, that wasn’t Mickey. To my knowledge Mickey has never stepped foot in the US to work with anyone. He guarded Nicole Kidman while they were in the UK for over a year making “Eyes Wide Shut and others. The last time he worked for BP & AJ, that I am aware of, was Venice FIlm Festival in 9/07. I don’t think he even went to Deauville with them. I think he would usually fly out to meet the Jolie-Pitts. He was with them in Canada in 2004-2005 and the BG “Billy’ who was with them here in the US in ‘07 was one of Brett’s boys at one time.

In a probably futile effort to restore sanity to the blue color nut (love that name, bdj) and the other spammers and trolls on this thread, I have found for you a two part tutorial on spool knitting. Follow it carefully, and you too will be able to make a pink rope necklace just like the one that Brad (Angie’s husband) wears.

The instructor’s voice is oh so soothing. And spool knitting is “contemplative, magical, and just plain fun.” Hope to see you back on Just Jared after you finish this project. With any luck, that will be just about the time that Knox gets his first motorcycle.

Yeah, the Mickster worked for Tiny Tom and Nicole the last few years they were married. Mickey was actually hired by the producers of LC:TR for set security. He and Angie got along and she hired him as her personal bodyguard for when she needed one. Like I said - Mickey was NEVER full-time with Angie the way they have to have bodyguards everywhere they go now. Back them it was more of an “as needed” thing for Angie - like for UN trips. Now she needs full-time protection from the hag’s crazed fans.

IIRC Mickey was guarding Nic when the whole divorce saga unfolded. He was her BG when she was shooting Moulin Rouge…the flick where she supposedly had an affair with Ewan McGregor (frankly, who could blame her) and the rumor was she was possibly pregnant with his kid, not Tiny Tom’s, when Tiny Tom dumped her.
