Miley Cyrus is Neck Shy

Miley Cyrus decorates her neck in a black-and-white Dolce & Gabbana halter dress at the Paris premiere of Hannah Montana The Movie held at the Gaumont Marignan Theater on Monday evening (April 27).

The 16-year-old actress was seen out earlier in the day shopping with big sis Brandi along the most prestigious and broadest avenue in Paris, the Champs-Élysées.

if you hate her why are you even looking at stuff about her dosent make any sense!!!! She choose to wear the dress not you me or the person next door so why would it matter???? It’s her decision deal with it and stop trying to make a big deal about it! Miley you rock! <3

ok guys im and outfit EXPERT ok?? i think the dress would loook good if it was a little bit shorter and the neck thing wasnt so thick
