David Beckham: Clothing Designer!
Check out this first look at one of soccer stud David Beckham’s designs from his new clothing line “David Beckham and James Bond for Adidas Originals by Originals”
According to WWD, the 33-year-old collaborated with Undefeated sneaker boutique owner James Bond on a fall-winter men’s collection for Adidas Originals by Originals.
Unfortunately because of his endorsement deal with Adidas, Becks won’t be lending his image to the designs. Sad!

His designs don’t look original, much less great. In fact, that one ensemble had me thinking an 8 year old did it… then I read the “teaser”. I mean let’s face it - How many ways can outfits (male/female) be designed “originally”?

I recently saw a local amateur show where the designer’s theme was I love Lucy - “original designs” that were noting more than color copies of what Lucille Ball wore. Since the series was filmed in black & white… that was the only thrill I got was in imagining those same vibrant colors worn by Lucy.
David is actually a really hot alfa male

I think his line will do well, Guys respect him and his clothes are not all flashy, Just nice looking comfortable clothes.

People need to realize that it is only in extreme cases that a celebrity actually designs these clothes. A lot of the times, they are contracted to an existing clothing brand where those designers speak to the stylist that dresses the celebrity. Sometimes they get a walk thru of the closet, but they typically only have papz pics to get come up with anything.
oh and, meh all around.

I can Becks wearing this because he looks good wearing anything but the model looks silly. Only Becks can get away with this! :D
