Sarah Jessica Parker Expecting Twin Girls!
Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick are expecting twin daughters via surrogate mother.
The couple is “overjoyed” to be expecting two healthy baby girls later this summer, a rep for the couple said in a statement to E! News. Congrats to the happy couple!!!
The 44-year-old Sex and the City star and Matthew, 47, also have son James Wilkie, 6. A friend of the couple tells EW that the couple has been trying to have more kids for years and this was the “best alternative for expanding their family.”

Funny how the TABs are getting everything wrong. They said the marriage was over. But they say that about most couples.. Tom/Kate, Brad/Angie, Ben/Jen, and Mark/JLo… All these couples are still together. Hey. At least we know that she is having twins through some sort of scientific lab way. I mean you know how all these celebs keep saying they didn’t have IVF and what not.
She ain’t hidin. She probably tried getting pregnant unsucessfully so she went for another option. Plus if she would have babies at this age, all these problems could come up.

kinda of a surprise since rumours were circulating of marriage trouble. Either way congrats!
She is 44 years old, it is highly probable that she wasn’t able to conceive naturally. I’m sure it has nothing to do with not wanting to gain weight. And you have to go through psychological testing before they will allow you to use fertility technology so I am pretty sure they have assessed that the marriage is stable. Why do people look for controversy in everything?
Wow. I’m shocked but very happy for them. I think I read once that SJP wanted lots of kids, so this is great news for them. Now, can she write that into a sequel to SATC?
SJP had a hard time getting pregnant with their son, and a really difficult pregnancy, they had to shut down shooting SITC. They have both talked about wanting more kids, SJP has lots of siblings, and I imagine they tried the natural way for years with no success and at their ages went this route. It gets harder to get pregnant once you reach the age of 35 for most people, that’s just biology.
I am so very happy for them. SJ will have 2 little girls to dress, LOL.
If nothing else this should alert those who keep believing in tabloid lies that those pieces of trash are full of nothing but lies. Stop being stupid.

using a surrogate means that someone else is carrying the baby or babies. it’s SJP and Matthew’s fertilized embryo. it’s just that they transplaned it into the surrogate mother to carry.

I have never heard this rumor about Nicole & Keith, and am on celeb sites regularly. I suppose instead of her staying home to hide the fake pregnancy, she was seen out and about with a fake bump. At least they are not only financially able to support kids but are also great parents (judging by their son, the kid will also be cute as a button) and will love and nourish the twins unlike so many of you children posting here. Your parents did a terrible job raising you because you were conceived accidentallyl and they did not want you but did not believe it abortion and nobody else was willing to take you off their hands. That were stuck with you and left you to your own hard luck. No attention, no affection or anything positive. That’s why you are so twisted and a cancer to the world at large.

People, perhaps she cannot physically carry the twins? And besdies, what is it our business? Unlike a lot of “unplanned” celeb children (Sarah Palin’s kid and grandson, etc.) these children are most obviously planned and wanted much in advance. Congrats to SJP, MB, James and their faimly. People don’t usually CHOOSE a surrogate, it is usually medically nessacery!! They are a huge amount of reasons why SJP could’nt carry the baby herself, and since she has given birth already, it is prob age related. She did have heaps of probs with first pregnancy!!

Why don’t they adopt? A bloody population crisis looming and they keep f*cking breeding! With all thier money and privilege they could have saved a child from a sh!t life but instead they made more.

Some of you people are so RUDE. My friend that was over the age of 35 had a very hard time getting pregnant one more time and she lost 3 babies. You dumb people don’t know if they lost a couple pregnancies, so stop being so rude and heartless. Most of the time with surrogates they will use they parents egg and sperm unless there is problems with one or thee other. I’m happy for them and I think that it will being lots of joy to their lives.

Wow, it’s amazing how many people think how these babies were concieved is any of their business. It was more information than the public was owed to tell us that they have been trying for years (aka, probably a painful, emotional process) and that they had to use a surrogate. Enuf said, congratulations to them on expanding their family.

To the whole ‘their marriage is over’ rumours, it’s just from the jealous tabloids who realise that they could never have a strong relationship like SJP and Matthew Broderick. They’re celebrating their TWELFTH anniversary next month. They just want to break up their relationship, which probably won’t happen. Very childish, I know.

I like both of them and wish them the best. But I have to say that close up picture of her feet is scary. Is that the result of wearing high fashion, high heeled shoes constantly? It can’t imagine that her feet can feel ok like that. I just want to buy her some soft cushy shoes.
