She made an unhealthy choice when she got with Pitt. I really hope she gets help and if Pitt loves her and their children he will get her help NOW.

@angel: No, a poster posted it in a thread on popsugar. I am just really sad for Angelina if she is depressed. Depression is a serious matter and should not be taken lightly. If you think about it she’s been through a lot within the past 4 years and I would not be surprised if her depression is back. Angelina’s said that she used to use her interviews and movies as a form of therapy. I just hope she’s healthy and I really wish the media would leave her alone because they probably make it worse.

Residents of the Long Island commuter town of Oyster Bay report that the couple, who are based in the community while Angelina completes her latest movie Salt, have settled in just fine.

The 33-year-old actress and her partner - who are renting an expansive house overlooking the town’s bay - have been spotted picking up donuts for breakfast in town and doing their own shopping at the local grocery store.

Shop manager Katherine Pastore spotted the couple and their daughters Zahara, four, and Shiloh, two, immediately. They stood out, she says, “because they were so beautiful”.

The Tinseltown stars apparently acted like regular customers, strolling the aisles, each pushing a daughter in a shopping trolley. Items on their shopping list included pre-sliced watermelon, nuts, tuna, and toys.

“They were very attentive with their kids,” adds Katherine. “Brad was rubbing Zahara’s back and Angelina was comforting Shiloh when she got a little upset. It was sweet.”

Another local says everyone who has interacted with the famous family has described them as friendly. “The reaction across the board seems to be, ‘Wow, they’re very nice people’. It seems that people like them and like having them here,” he reveals.

I read the same article. Names were thrown about by PR as to who might be on the list and who might attend the annual Time 100 party. Brad and Angie have not attended the party one time so far, not ever.

The names have not been anounced yet. All that one has seen so far is the internet voting which is worthless. Time staff decides who makes the 100 list, and for the last 2 years both Brad and Angelina made the list. The Time 100 are not listed in any order. They are listed in groups like artists and builders. Brad is not higher or lower than Angie.

Right now and for the last 7.5 years, there is simply no evidence that ANgelina is suffering from any sort of depression. There is no undue weight loss - she has if anything, gained the weight she lost soon after her mother’s death - though even then, she was never anorexic - what ever American’s might think - being as they are, rather used to seeing size 14, 5 feet 6 inch tall women as normal (and it isn’t in other parts of the world).

There are no indications that Angelina is addicted to any drugs which is a predicator to low self esteem and depression. If anyone bothered to look, it would not surprise that person to Heath Ledger, and Owen Wilson commit or attempt to commit suicide. Both had well known drug addictions. On top of which, Heath had a failed family situation - thanks to his addictions. And perhaps, so too did Owen, (after all, its not as if he can maintain a steady relationship with another woman can he, though it seems he would like to!)

Angelina, on the other hand, has a successful career, a successful humanitarian life and from all we can see give the interactions between the herself and her brother James with the Pitt extended family, a successful family life. She has even found herself to be strong enough to let her father back into her life - a little. These are not signs of a woman who is suffering from depression now are they?

Not necessarily. I know some girls the had brief episodes of cutting themselves just like Angelina when she was a teenager and they did not suffer depression. And an episode of suicidal thoughts doesn’tmeans that people suffer from depression.
