Hugh Jackman Buys Breakfast For Fans
Hugh Jackman arrives to be a guest on the Jon Stewart Show in New York City on Thursday (April 30).
The 40-year-old Aussie actor is promoting his new movie X-Men Origins: Wolverine which opens worldwide today.
Last Sunday, Hugh saw 700 people camped out for the Wolverine premiere in Tempe, Arizona. Always good to his fans, the next morning the actor bought 67 breakfast trays of bagels, muffins, and croissants and 80 gallons of coffee for all of them!

I saw him on Monday in tempe. he stopped by to talk to a lot of the fans and he was so happy and genuine. He really does live it up to his reputation.
Hugh is just the sweetest guy-he deserves all the success he gets. I hope Wolverine is a huge success in spite of the critics. It is nice to see the media focus on a good guy in Hollywood instead of the trouble makers-he is a great role model!

Hugh Jackman is one very complete man…I liked how he answered the questions about his sexuality as being uninteresting. He’s bigger than life and probably not perfect - but hey! no one is…He’s handling his stardome really freaking well.
What’s all this crap about everyone being jealous of his wife? He buys breakfast because the guy has become major A-1 media cheese. To whoever said “he’s the nicest guy in Hollywood….uh, duh, he’s doing it because of Hollywood. Promote, promote, promote. I’m getting tired of seeing his face. He’s turning into the same kind of cheese Tom Cruise is made of.
ChiliPepper — then don’t look at his photos! No way is Hugh a “media cheese”. He’s doing what actors do when they have a new movie - he’s promoting it. Once that’s done, he’ll go back to living his normal life with his wife and kids. Hugh isn’t putting on an act - he really IS an incredibly nice man.
alabama88 (comment #2) is the kind of troll who is so jealous of someone’s success that they go all over the internet to post unkind remarks. And besides that, they can’t read. The Mexico premiers were canceled by the officials in Mexico and since they were also closing theaters to keep people safe it would have been pretty silly to bring a movie there! Maybe alabama88 and all the trolls should go to Mexico and stay off the internet..
Hugh is a good, kindhearted guy who has no ego and no illusions about fame so he doesn’t treat people nice just for publicity. He did it long before he was famous and he hasn’t changed, which is what makes him so special.
@Amy: It was Wolverine’s back story so I don’t know what you’re upset about. The movie was great and I’m going to see it again next week. If you’re trying to infer that you read the comics then you must know they have many different story lines, time lines and looks for many of the characters. If you think comic book movies should only reflect your point of view you probably shouldn’t go see them.
